Ovviamente un alto livello si va pagato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, brava Miriana che ci ha seguiti dall'inizio alla fine, ascoltando le nostre necessità e trovando soluzioni sia per l'arredo del bagno e soprattutto per la sostituzione dei nostri vecchi sanitari, i cui pezzi di ricambio erano ormai fuori produzione. Bravi anche i ragazzi:educati e sempre con la mascherina!

Non sono affatto d'accordo con quello che lei scrive, in quanto da lei siamo sempre usciti quando ci ha chiamato per interventi non riguardanti lavori svolti in precedenza da noi, senza mai chiedere niente.
Le abbiamo proposto un contratto di manutenzione per seguire e invertire il suo impianto di riscaldamento e condizionamento, ma lei non l'ha mai voluto fare.
Per quanto riguarda il post vendita noi siamo rinomati per gestire e seguire tutti i nostri clienti.
Mi dispiace molto che lei non sia rimasto soddisfatto del nostro operato.

I do not agree at all with what she writes, as we always left her when she called us for interventions not concerning work previously carried out by us, without ever asking for anything.
We offered her a maintenance contract to follow and reverse her heating and air conditioning system, but she never wanted to do it.
As for the after-sales service, we are renowned for managing and following all our customers.
I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our work.

Peccato che avevo contattato pochi giorni fa il titolare per un problema che ho avuto sull’impianto, ed in più avevo chiesto un preventivo per un piccolo lavoretto da eseguire, ad oggi nessun ricontatto.Come ho letto in un’altra recensione è come se non gli interessasse del lavoro di assistenza, non lo trovò per nulla corretto, anche perché nel mio caso hanno fatto un lavoro di parecchi soldini.
Sicuramente lavorano bene, ma non li consiglio assolutamente per il post vendita.
Il cliente andrebbe seguito sempre e non soltanto quando c’è da stipulare contratti!

Too bad that I had contacted the owner a few days ago for a problem I had on the system, and in addition I had asked for a quote for a small job to be performed, to date no recontact. As I read in another review it is as if not interested in the work of assistance, he did not find it correct at all, also because in my case they did a job of several pennies.
They certainly work well, but I absolutely do not recommend them for after-sales.
The customer should always be followed and not only when there is a need to stipulate contracts!
