Non sono uno del mestiere, e devo ringraziare il personale del negozio che mi ha aiutato nella scelta. Sono stati veramente gentili e pazienti.

They pointed me to this place after I shot 2 hardware stores. I was looking for the pipes to make the connections from the well pump to the taps. I'm not one of the trade, and I have to thank the store staff who helped me with my choice. They were really kind and patient.

Lo showroom è ben disposto e le responsabili commerciali sono gentili e disponibili, dedicano molto tempo ai clienti e per questo c'è da aspettare il proprio turno in piedi.
Al bancone ricambi invece, andando come privato, ho trovato commessi più pratici e sbrigativi.

The showroom is well laid out and the sales managers are kind and helpful, they devote a lot of time to customers and for this we have to wait for their turn to stand.
At the spare parts counter, on the other hand, going as a private individual, I found more practical and quick salesmen.
