★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, non soggiornate in questa struttura:
- Al check in ci hanno fatto pagare tutto in contanti, senza possibilità di pagare con carta di credito e senza rilasciare una ricevuta.
- Ci hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno a parte, poi dopo aver verificato che invece su booking la segnava come inclusa, ci hanno riportato indietro la quota.
- A distanza di una settimana ci siamo accorti che i soldi sono stati anche scalati dalla carta di credito, quindi abbiamo pagato doppio.
- L'impianto elettrico non funzionava correttamente e abbiamo passato due giorni senza luci, con solo la lampada da scrivania. Dopo le immediate proteste ci è stato detto che il proprietario avrebbe mandato qualcuno a sistemare l'impianto ma questo non è mai avvenuto.
- L'appartamento è per sei persone ma in totale ci sono solo tre prese funzionanti (di cui una in bagno ed una in cucina).
- Dal bagno esce un odore pessimo che si diffonde in tutto l'appartamento.
- I due posti ricavati dalle poltrone letto sono scomodissimi
- Su uno dei lenzuoli c'era una macchia di sangue, su un altro un foro da bruciatura di sigaretta.
 Bad experience, do not stay at this property:
- At check in they made us pay for everything in cash, without the possibility of paying by credit card and without issuing a receipt.
- They charged us the tourist tax separately, then after verifying that on booking it marked it as included, they brought back the fee.
- After a week we realized that the money was also deducted from the credit card, so we paid double.
- The electrical system was not working properly and we spent two days without lights, with only the desk lamp. After the immediate protests we were told that the owner would send someone to fix the system but this never happened.
- The apartment is for six people but in total there are only three working sockets (one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen).
- A bad smell comes out of the bathroom and spreads throughout the apartment.
- The two seats obtained from the armchair beds are very uncomfortable
There was a bloodstain on one of the sheets, a cigarette burn hole on another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and disrespectful “director” named Andrea. Accepted multiple bookings and wanted to move us to a different location. When I hesitated, the runner guy called him and the man told me not to complain because of the price. Completely inappropriate. Found another booking that was cheaper in a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay at the Trevi Queen Apartment. The location is very nice - only a few meters from the Trevi Fountain. For check-in we got a message on Whatsapp and then met a guy who showed us the rooms and gave us the keys. We paid him 110,00 EUR in cash for the three nights - not without checking again beforehand that the credit card was only charged to secure the booking. So far so good ... BUT ...
ATTENTION !!!!! The EUR 110,00 were not delivered!!!!! Trevi Queen Apartment claims they never received the money. The credit card was not credited and so we paid the amount twice. Since we did not get a receipt from the guy with the key, we cannot prove our payment. And the fact that we only followed the payment guidelines of Trevi Queen Apartment with the cash payment is not even of interest to booking.com. SO BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING !!!!
