Ho avuto l'occasione di vedere questa casa vacanze per alcuni miei colleghi che dovevano venire a Roma per lavoro. La casa ha tre camere da letto e due bagni con doccia e una spaziosa cucina, è in pieno centro a Roma tra fontana di Trevi e piazza di Spagna.

HOMETREVI - Siamo stati in questa nuova casavacanze nei pressi di Fontana di Trevi e Piazza di Spagna, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa! abbiamo visto un post pubblicizzato su Facebook che offriva la possibilità di passare a Roma le festività di Pasqua. Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura 4 notti dal 19 Aprile con partenza lunedì di Pasquetta ahimè per motivi di lavoro e fare rientro a Trento con tutta la famiglia, ci hanno offerto la possibilità di andare all’Aeroporto di Fiumicino con un servizio di auto con conducente al costo di 50,00 euro. La casa è molto grande in un antico palazzo del 1700, ci ha offerto la possibilità di fare una vacanza come se fossimo a casa nostra. Erika la proprietaria è molto gentile ci ha accolto con il proprio figlio Davide che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e subito dopo ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e le regole della casa, attenzione è vietato fumare, i cani non sono ammessi e non è permesso organizzare feste; questo è stato il motivo che ci ha fatto scegliere questa casavacanza. L'appartamento ha una camera matrimoniale con letto moderno a baldacchino, un bagno padronale con una grande doccia, una camera con letto singolo con bagno privato sempre con doccia dove è stata messa una lavatrice, il salotto di circa 30 mq ha due divani che creano due diversi ambienti, la cucina è vivibile con una penisola per fare la prima colazione e un tavolo tondo con sei sedie. La cucina è dotata di (piano a induzione, forno, microonde, bollitore, macchinetta Nespresso a capsule, lavastoviglie e tostapane) abbiamo dovuto solo fare la spesa presso un supermercato a pochi passi dalla struttura. Wifi gratuito, aria-condizionata e ogni camera è dotata di tv. Ottima la pulizia, il terzo giorno ci hanno dato il cambio delle lenzuola e gli asciugamani, se si vuole la pulizia giornaliera il costo è di 30,00 euro, il giorno della partenza come sovente chiedono le casevacanze abbiamo pagato la pulizia finale di 40,00 euro.

Excellent cleaning, on the third day we were given the change of sheets and towels, if you want daily cleaning the cost is 30.00 euros, on the day of departure as often requested by the holiday houses we paid the final cleaning of 40, 00 euros.
