★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went rafting then the children spent the afternoon in the adventure park. All staff were extremely welcoming, as well as experienced, and the centre is well equipped - from changing rooms and showers to the park for picnics.

Very well run, fantastic staff: Cristina, who managed our booking, Ivan and Dodo our skilled rafting guides, Lorenzo our alpine guide for the exciting tarzaning (zip lines, a must!) and also the girl (sorry I don't remember your name!) that arranged our laser game at the end of a memorable day! I work in adventure tourism field as well and I really appreciate when I can find such a great quality in other operators! Really top notch, great infrastructure, new and clean equipment, go with them and you'll never go wrong! Thx guys, have a blast on your great trip to Colorado and Gran Canyon, see you next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rafting was fun end enjoyable, eventhough it was a bit short since the river was too strong in part of it.
The staff was VERY professional and patient and the showers were extremely clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best experience mainly becasue of the reception staff that didn't make us feel welcome and were not interested in making sure that we were well informed, well guided and taken care of. We almost felt that coming to pay for their services was a hassle for them that they would prefer to avoid, and it's not about bad weather on the first day, but how the staff was actually interacting.The website is beautiful and attractive but unfortunately misleading - most activities were not available to single customers like us in given dates and weather conditions (even when good) and it was not straight forward to get correct information. The location of the place is beautiful and instructors of the activities that we managed to do were also very nice. Unfortunately, customer service is too important these days and for this reason I cannot recommend this place.
