Mi hanno tenuto in ostaggio il camper per 3 mesi senza aver fatto nessuna riparazione, adducendo scuse ogni volta che riuscivo a parlare, visto che si facevano negare e che abito lontano Alla fine ho dovuto pagare il loro ricatto compreso un visto di sosta da loro causato, per portarlo via rotto, senza che avessero fatto nulla e sono decisa a fargli causa. Fino all'ultimo minuto hanno inventato scuse e messo fuori spese mai sostenute. Lo sconsiglio caldamente se non volete avere a che fare con dei truffatori, il mio punteggio è zero. Non rispondono neanche alle mail se pretendi risposte! Spero che finiscano dove meritano Thieves and crooks to say the least. They held my camper hostage for 3 months without having done any repairs, making excuses every time I could speak, as they were denied and I live far away In the end I had to pay their blackmail including a parking visa they caused , to take him away broken, without them having done anything and I am determined to sue him. Until the last minute they invented excuses and put out expenses they never incurred. I strongly advise against it if you don't want to deal with scammers, my score is zero. They don't even reply to emails if you ask for answers! I hope they end up where they deserve

Mi ha detto che se voglio che si occupi della mia macchina devo pagare una cifra alta, anche perchè nel fine settimana le altre officine sono chiuse. Altrimenti? Dovevo andare a piedi a casa in Veneto? Perchè non mi l'ha detto prima di venire a portarmi via la macchina? Perche cosi ti hanno in pugno. Modo di fare da sciacalli! Sabato 02/04/2022 alle 16.00 chiamo per la prima volta il numero verde della mia assicurazione per il servizio di recupero a causa di un guasto. Dopo circa 30 minuti mi chiamano attraverso il call center per sapere di preciso dove sono (circa 15 km fuori Pergine, comunque loro zona di competenza), mi dice che ci vorranno 3/4 ore. Pochi minuti dopo mi arriva un SMS comunicandomi che il carroattrezzi sarà da me alle 17.25. Bene penso, meglio di quanto mi aveva detto. Alle 17.17 invece ricevo la chiamata dell' Officina Zanei di Levico (scopro così che Trentino Soccorso ha rifiutato l' uscita) e vengo recuperato da loro in modo molto professionale alle 18 circa. Bad experience. Saturday 02/04/2022 at 4.00 pm I call my insurance toll-free number for the recovery service for the first time due to a breakdown. After about 30 minutes they call me through the call center to find out exactly where I am (about 15 km outside Pergine, in any case their area of competence), he tells me that it will take 3/4 hours. A few minutes later I received an SMS telling me that the wrecker will be with me at 5.25pm. Well I think, better than he told me. At 17.17, on the other hand, I receive a call from the Officina Zanei di Levico (thus I discover that Trentino Soccorso has refused the exit) and I am recovered by them in a very professional way at around 18.

Mi hanno fatto un preventivo da 600€ per un lavoro che mi é poi costato 180 altrove. Si sono arrabbiati quando ho rifiutato il preventivo e fatto spostare l'auto. Ho poi trovato una sorpresa alla ruota, un taglietto da coltellino, che spero sinceramente non sia doloso. Really bad! My insurance covers the roadside assistance, instead of 40 minutes a lazy operator arrived after an hour and a half. They gave me a € 600 quote for a job that cost me 180 elsewhere. They got angry when I turned down the quote and got the car moved. I then found a surprise on the wheel, a small knife cut, which I sincerely hope is not malicious.

g	g ba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible, try to avoid!!! Had to pay more than € 500,- for a new tyre - without beeing towed away - after getting the tyre from the stock, they changed it on the spot. Okay, it was on a Sunday, but still...€ 500,- > daylight robbery!!!

R	Rutger Ruiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible, never in my life have i been treated this badly. They were suppossed to pick me up at 8 after 2 missed calls at 7:10 they didnt show up... Once they finally showed up at 1130, they had a break for 2 hours..... Thanks Then they give me a ridiculous bill of 360 euros!! For changing 4 coolant hoses (30min work max). After 1 min of discussion about the price they changed it to 270 which is still ridiculous! During the discussion about the price, the mechanic got involved. Which was very aggresive and angry. By shouting at me in italian and german which i dont understand. Finally i caved to the price because i had to get home. Shouldve just driven of. But because i signed for the diagnosis and 1 hour of labour which was 115. And its not done yet They made me wait till 5o clock for the repair (30 min max) and we finally left at 1730 And to top it off they forgot to put stuff back and guess what i had to wait another 1.5 hours untill i could finally drive So in conclusion i had to wat 3.5+2+3+1.5 hours. Got yelled at and paid 270 euros. For 30 mins of work. I HOPE YOU READ THIS AND TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. I went with this story to the dutch roadsitehelp who send me here and they told me they will no longer send their customers here!
