Si lavora molto bene per email o whatsapp. C'è stata ovviamente dell'attesa ma è più che comprensibile se si immagina l'interesse che gli italiani hanno verso queste Olimpiadi giapponesi. Tre Emme has proven to be a very professional company with great experience in my opinion. Chiaro il Pdf da riempire e si colloquia con whatsapp o si chiama il cellulare dedicato sempre pronti a rispondere. E’ chiaro che se si passa per il centralino i tempi possono essere un pochino più lunghi per le molte chiamate. Onestamente abituato alle altre esperienze Olimpiche, il mercato italiano ha fatto un bel passo avanti. Three emme, finally an agency that works online. Per me l'importante è partecipare per far vivere l'atmosfera delle olimpiadi alla mia famiglia e i miei figli. Se sono a Tokyo poi!! Perciò i biglietti li ho prenotati, quindi grazie! Messaggi indecifrabili e spiegazioni altrettanto criptiche. Se non si compra il pacchetto completo l’agenzia (difficile chiamarla tale) è molto restia a vendere i soli biglietti, programma allocations di cui non si conosce mai l’esito e liste d’attesa stilate su un non precisato criterio. Chiarimenti confusionali e ondivaghi, risposte insensate dopo settimane. Tutto questo per portare allo sfinimento il cliente che decide di rinunciare o di prenotare un pacchetto completo venendo quindi servito e riverito all’istante. Mesi e mesi di chiamate e mail e a malapena ho tirato fuori UNA informazione. Poi di nuovo il silenzio. A Tokyo ci vado lo stesso ma non so se parteciperò alle Olimpiadi. Ho fatto la richiesta dei biglietti di persona con una stagista che a quanto pare adesso non c’è più e neanche mi rispondono se la mia richiesta è ancora in essere o meno. Purtroppo sono gli unici a vendere i biglietti. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with them, and I even went there in person 3 times! Months and months of calls and emails and I barely got ONE information out. Then silence again. I go to Tokyo anyway but I don't know if I will participate in the Olympics. I made the request for tickets in person with an intern who apparently is no longer there and they don't even answer me if my request is still in existence or not. Unfortunately, they are the only ones who sell tickets.

Comunicazione lenta e spiegazioni poco chiare, se non quasi inesistenti. Rimane solo una grande delusione: pessimo servizio.
