S	Script Keeper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got stuck in Rome's loathesome passport control for 1.5 hours because they can't be bothered to post more officials for the long non-euro line (seriously two dudes for 300 or more people). I've been to less developed countries and waited shorter times. This horrible company decided that it was my fault for some reason and ditched us. Horrible welcome to Italy and horrible service. It was very clear that taking a huge amount of time to get through passport control was something they should be flexible enough to expect, yet expected me to contact them while I had just arrived and was stuck in line? Just how was I supposed to do that? With my magical phone having come from the Middle East? Also refused any refund despite the fault being with their work. However, the return was on time and the driver was very professional, but he'd obviously been outsourced, so I'd recommend you straight to him. Be aware that TMTS are not flexible at all with scheduling despite their own country requiring it and the fact that their name implies it. Be also prepared for excessively long lines at passport control if you happen to book with any other company. Obviously a bad translation. Before I get accused of Brutta Figura, I'd think caveat emptor is more appropos.
U	United9618 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver arrived in decent time to the airport, however got lost while driving around Rome and it took quite a while to get to our hotel. On pickup, we didnt get collected from outside our hotel, we had to walk 200-300m down the road to a petrol garage for pick up, which I found a bit odd. This driver didn't get lost and got us to the airport in good time. He dropped us off no where near the departures terminal so was a bit of a walk! Decent enough of a company, would probably book again.

THEIR PHONE NUMBERS DO NOT WORK. HAD TO SORT A TAXI OURSELVES AFTER IT WAS CLEAR THEY WERE NOT TURNING UP. EXTRA COST OF 50 EUROS. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. THEY DONT CARE THAT YOU HAVE A FLIGHT TO CATCH OR IF YOU MISS IT.......GAVE 1 STAR AS THIS IS THE LOWEST YOU CAN PUT TO POST A MESSAGE....SHOULD BE 0 STARS....BOOKED VIA LASTMINUTE.COM WHO SHOULD DROP THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY.
