★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono solita recarmi in questo negozio da sempre poiché, vista la grande fornitura di scarpe, è uno dei miei preferiti. Ho sempre avuto un'ottima esperienza sia a Curno che a Paladina, ma oggi non posso dire lo stesso.
Mi sono recata al tre emme di Paladina dove ho provato un paio di decolletè che ho deciso di acquistare. Alla mia richiesta ad una commessa ( mora con capelli corti poco sopra le spalle) di poterle avere non dall'esposizione, ma nuove dal magazzino, mi è stato risposto in maniera molto scortese e scocciata che la scarpa costava solo 90 euro e non 500, e che quindi non avrei potuto avere nessuna pretesa, mancando di educazione e professionalità, qualità che ogni venditore a contatto con la clientela, dovrebbe avere.Anche fosse costata 10 euro, da cliente ho il diritto e la pretesa di acquistare le scarpe perfette. La situazione è stata poi risolta da una commessa bionda molto gentile, che capendo il disagio, si è scusata.
Mi dispiace lasciare questa recensione, ma la trovo utile e opportuna per evitare che la situazione possa ripetersi in futuro.
 I have been used to go to this shop for a long time since, given the large supply of shoes, it is one of my favorites. I've always had a great experience both in Curno and in Paladina, but today I can't say the same.
I went to the three emme of Paladina where I tried a pair of pumps that I decided to buy. At my request to a saleswoman (brunette with short hair just above the shoulders) to be able to have them not from the exhibition, but new from the warehouse, I was answered in a very rude and annoyed way that the shoe cost only 90 euros and not 500, and that therefore I could not have any claim, lacking education and professionalism, qualities that every seller in contact with customers should have. The situation was then resolved by a very kind blonde saleswoman, who, understanding the discomfort, apologized.
I'm sorry to leave this review, but I find it useful and appropriate to prevent the situation from happening again in the future.
