★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo a volte le agenzie non danno informazioni ieri è stato cancellato un volo per Madrid mia moglie e mio figlio sono rimasti in aeroporto dalle 05 del mattino alle 18.00.
poi l'agenzia ha detto di portare solo 23 kg a testa mentre Iberia ci ha detto che sono 32 e le agenzie lo sanno.
allora cosa serve l'agenzia??
unfortunately sometimes the agencies do not give information yesterday a flight to Madrid was canceled my wife and my son stayed at the airport from 05 am to 18.00.
then the agency said to bring only 23 kg per person while Iberia told us that they are 32 and the agencies know it.
so what is the agency for?
