P	Pronto Ghiaccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto questo negozio tramite EBay per un articolo ordinato, e anche pagato anticipatamente, MA non consegnato per motivo che non era più dìsponibile e fuori produzione. Nel visitare il negozio abbiamo comprato 5 addobbi “palline si natale” gli abbiamo spiegato che collezioniamo da tutto il mondo è che potremo in futuro comprare regolarmente anche da loro, il che la commessa “suppongo proprietaria” ha dato segni di non interessamento… una accoglienza freddo e sguardi continui all’orario … anche se era appena ore 12:36 e lo scontrino marcava un orario sbagliato di 13:36. infine abbiamo chiesto se ci poteva applicare un po’ di sconto visto il disservizio dell’acquisto è mancato consegna tramite EBay … la sua risposta è stata in modo fredda “non facciamo sconto” e ci ha addebita €215.50 (anche i 50 centesimi) … Ma la cosa più allarmante quando ci ha consegnato gli articoli .. addobbi che costavano addirittura oltre €78 cadauno, delle opere d’arte ben precisi, anziché di apporli nelle loro confezione originali li ha messo in plastica gommata come fossero dei semplici addobbi che compri al mercato ! … Vorrei concludere visto la non professionalità, la non sensibilità di un loro disservizio di una mancata consegna, con il nostro tempo siamo arrivati da Rimini a Riccione, la strafottenza di non curarsi un potenziale cliente, e la foga di accaparrarsi fino all’ultimo centesimo, sicuramente NON passiamo mai piu ! Inoltre attenzione gli stessi articoli si trovano su internet a metà dei prezzi da lei esposti ! Quando l'ho comunicato al servizio clienti m'hanno suggerito di verificare se funzionasse la presa in cui era inserito (ovviamente l'avevo già fatto e la utilizzo quotidianamente). Hanno tenuto a precisare che ero l'unica ad aver riportato questo problema e che quindi me lo dovevo tenere rotto. Mi fa piacere che i prodotti di altri acquirenti non fossero fallati come il mio. Non ho speso chissà quale cifra, ma sicuramente non sarò più loro cliente e sconsiglio gli acquisti. I bought a defective car air freshener. Ho ricevuto oggi il mio secondo ordine e, posso dire che diventerò una cliente fissa vista l'accuratezza con cui vengono imballate le candele : strati di carta, di cellophane, contenitori cartonati, all'interno del pacco, veramente niente si è mosso! Inoltre, sono stata contata telefonicamente da un ragazzo gentilissimo che mi comunicava che mancavano due votivi e mi chiedeva se volessi sostituirli con altro. Alla mia richiesta ha effettuato il cambio ed entro un'ora mi ha comunicato via WhatsApp l'importo aggiornato. Inoltre, le candele ricevute sono veramente buonissime, con fragranze spettacolari e, in nessun altro sito non ho mai trovato una così grande scelta di votivi per poterle provare prima di acquistare la giara grande. Veramente, tanti complimenti, professionalità e qualità al massimo!
