Abbiamo sempre costruito Insieme un programma di viaggio "su misura" secondo le nostre esigenze. Ci siamo appoggiate a questa agenzia anche per la Lista Nozze/Viaggio per il nostro matrimonio e Serena ci ha seguite passo passo: non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Un'altra cosa che ci tengo a sottolineare in questa recensione è che quando si è all'estero l'imprevisto può sempre capitare, ma avendo alle spalle un'agenzia di questo livello, la possibilità di imprevisti si riduce all'osso e nel caso succedessero si è pienamente sostenuti e aiutati per una veloce ed efficace risoluzione. We have always built a tailor-made travel program together according to our needs. We also relied on this agency for the Wedding / Travel List for our wedding and Serena followed us step by step: we could not have made a better choice. Memore della grande professionalità, mi rivolgo a loro, in particolare a Serena, con meno di un mese di anticipo, e nonostante tutto è riuscita ad organizzarmi un viaggio perfetto per il mio compleanno. Avevo una settimana di ferie e volevo solo viaggiare, ovunque fosse stato possibile. Mi è venuta incontro per riuscire ad incastrare la partenza con i miei turni di lavoro, ed è stata davvero molto presente e precisa in fase di prenotazione, mi ha spiegato tutto ciò che serviva per poter viaggiare in totale sicurezza. Considerate le possibili complicazioni dovute al periodo di pandemia che stiamo vivendo, non ho avuto alcun intoppo. Mi rivolgerò sicuramente di nuovo a lei per i prossimi viaggi.
