Vendono solo i pacchetti e tutto bene se non sorgono imprevisti, in questi casi se ne lavano le mani perché non sanno come affrontare la cosa.. Assistenza e cortesia zero. Per il loro disinteresse ci ho rimesso tutto il viaggio.. Una stella è troppa.
Unreliable staff with little knowledge of travel information .. They only sell the packages and everything is fine if no unexpected events arise, in these cases they wash their hands because they don't know how to deal with it .. Assistance and courtesy zero. For their lack of interest I lost the whole trip .. One star is too many.
