One of the best clinics! A great service and even with russian speaking staff. They work with a lot of insurance companies, and if you got your insurace card - you will get a good quality care for free!

Exceptional care. The staff were very concerned because my daughter is only seven. They went above and beyond to ensure she got surgery and her knee will be as good as new. Thank you to the doctors, nurse, physio, ambulance staff and porters.

I went in this clinic suggested by my guide . The treatment was very very fast. The doctor was professional . The secretary opened the case with my insurance and I didn’t worry about any costs. I did immediately visit x rays and an MRI . I received a wonderful service. Getting hurt is not nice but I recommend this clinic if you do .

Had to find a clinic for an emergency. Coming across this place was the luckiest thing that could ever happen to me in such unfortunate circumstances. Federica and her whole team of professionals took such great care of me that I can be thankful for life. They take care of literally everything for you and alls left for you is just to heal and relax cause you are in super good hands. Please do not go anywhere else when in need of these kind of service. Clean and modern looking clinic with useful hours and reasonably competent staff, but they do unnecessary procedures and fraudulently over-bill, especially if they discover you have American insurance, then threaten you if you post negative reviews. I visited the clinic after a ski accident, reasonably certain I had torn my acl (I am a physician). The clinic doctor did an X-ray to rule out a fracture then a rather unnecessarily painful clinician exam. He confirmed the acl rupture and told me I needed surgery. After they discovered I had American insurance, they told me they could do an MRI, and tried to schedule me for surgery the next day with their sister clinic (without providing me the name of the surgeon or any other relevant information). I ended up having surgery 2 hours away in Innsbruck (HIGHLY recommend Gelenkpunkt and Privatklinik Hochrum if you need surgery), where they told me the MRI was so low quality it was basically useless (they also told me it was unnecessary, and they did not try to repeat it). A month later, I discovered they had filed a claim with my insurance company for $9,976.10 (!!!), including $1,562.37 for durable medical equipment (all I left with was a pair of crutches lol), $734.55 for IV therapy (I never had an IV), and $6,879.10 for the useless MRI (for comparison, my acl reconstruction surgery and 3 day private hospital stay with X-rays, physical therapy, meals, etc. was about the same price). If you have an urgent need, this clinic is probably fine for diagnosis and X-rays, just get the pricing up front and don’t waste your time with the MRI. If you need real medical care, there are much better options within driving distance. UPDATE: the clinic called me after I posted this review, and told me I would have no bill with them (for my deductible or co-insurance) as long as I removed this review. I told them I would not because everything was accurate, and they screamed at me that they were sending me the bill, having their legal office sue me for this review, and reporting me to the Italian authorities (like I’m sure there’s an office for google reviews - ha). So on second thought, maybe don’t visit this clinic even for routine things unless you enjoy being threatened by your medical providers. The summary of what they submitted to my insurance is attached since they insist I’m defaming them. Apparently they consider this reasonable, so expect about a $10K bill if you go there to be diagnosed with a common injury.

Weird, but funny receptionist :) Fast service, superb comfortable drive-in and coming back home with the ambulance driver Ricco (who could be a movie actor or musician from the first look). P.S. Coffee might be free:-D

In 20 minutes I was registered, I was examined, had an X-ray of my hand, got a brace (don’t know the exact name for it) to secure my hand, received a written report and a CDROM with X-ray pictures that I can give to my doctor and insurance company. Very nice people, all very helpful and dedicated to helping me. I felt very safe in their hands. Before I went there I contacted my insurance company and they immediately send a Guarantee of Payment to the clinic, so there was no issue at all when I showed up shortly after.
