β β β β β Delicious food, relaxing lunch in the peaceful garden. Lots of other people also there, but still quiet; plus fast, friendly service. No menu, so just listen carefully when the list of dishes is read out to you. Our lunch cost β¬58, for 2 people, 3 courses, including wine and coffee. Vegetable crepes, roast chicken and zucchetto. Gnochi in rabbit ragu, entrecote beef and fig tart. I am so pleased we took a detour from the motorway ?

β β β β β This was a lovely "accidental" discovery. Found it using Google Maps when we found ourselves needing to wait two hours for lost baggage to open at Marco Polo Airport. Waitress Barbara was a jewel who communicated with us in both Spanish and English. I had chicken and my husband had the filet of beef. Both lunches were excellent. The ambiance was "local" and friendly. One diner was eating alone, and helped Barbara and us with translating Italian to Spanish. Would definitely dine here again. Would also spend a night there if I found myself laying over at the airport. Good to great house wines!

β β β β β Well. This is a must go. Don't bother if the owner appear rude on the phone when you call, they will all turn out to be very kind and attentive. The most important part is the quality of the ingredients which is striking, and the final result of each dish. We were four, an Italian average family, passing by on the return trip from a visit to Trieste and nearby Slovenia; we chose the restaurant in a rush on tripadvisor and for a change their 4/5 stars there are definitely well deserved. Some of us had meat, it was tastier than the best meat you can buy from farmers and cook at home; tasty was the crespelle, and even in the salads you could spot large real eggs from the country, perfectly cooked (I can't always do that!). I liked the rich dessert too. The bill looked from another century, very cheap and honest. One of us had left all of her precious rings on the side of the table, one of the waitress reached us running under heavy rain at our car to safely return them.

β β β β β Never will go back to this place. Just wanted to have a plate of pasta. The food looks good but smelled and tastes like sh**. I don't know what meat they used. Thinking of this experience makes me throw up. Also politically there are pictures of fascism all over the place.

β β β β β Great cosy family owned restaurant. The restaurant is decorated tastefully and all tables are set perfectly. When you get come in you feel at home instantly. The food is simply, home made and good. The menu is perfect. Just enough great options to cover everyoneβs likings.

β β β β β We got the gnocchi and oven- cooked chicken with pasta. It came with bread and oil and cheese. We also ordered a huge salad to split which was great! It came to 34 euros. Not bad, considering the proportions were huge!
