Qualità (eccellente) e prezzi invariati nel tempo! è sempre stata la prima scelta in tutti questi anni per l'asporto. Purtroppo da quando hanno cambiato location (e si suppone gestione) da circa 2 anni, nonostante la qualità del cibo sia rimasta ottima, il servizio clienti è peggiorato tantissimo! Su 10 ordinazioni take away, mediamente abbiamo avuto 4/10 volte ordini errati (cose mancanti o sbagliate!), 3/10 volte ordine dimenticato e abbiamo dovuto chiamare + volte per farci portare l'ordinazione, che arrivava quindi dopo 2,5 ore dall'ordine; e quindi solo 3/10 volte ricezione dell'ordine entro l'ora di attesa e corretto! Per questo ci sentiamo di dare un giudizio negativo perché il servizio clienti non può essere meno importante della qualità! We have been going to this place for over 10 years now! Quality (excellent) and prices unchanged over time! it has always been the first choice all these years for take-away. Unfortunately since they have changed location (and management is supposed to) for about 2 years, despite the quality of the food has remained excellent, the customer service has deteriorated a lot! Out of 10 take away orders, on average we had wrong orders 4/10 times (missing or wrong things!), Forgotten order 3/10 times and had to call + times to get our order delivered, which then arrived after 2.5 hours from the order; and therefore only 3/10 times receipt of the order within the waiting time and correct! This is why we feel like giving a negative opinion because customer service cannot be less important than quality!

Rapporto qualità prezzo strepitoso. Consigliato Very kind owner, you feel really welcomed like at home ... I tried the sautéed spaghetti, fried chicken and some sushi. All very good. Amazing value for money. Recommended
F	Francesca Taccani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Fujiyama Hot è uno di quei ristoranti che, se lo provi, ti colpisce piacevolmente, perché a passarci davanti lo riterresti semplicemente anonimo...già...noi ci siamo capitati quasi per caso in allegra compagnia e abbiamo cenato davvero bene, tra piatti della cucina giapponese e di quella cinese di ottima qualità e molto ben presentati. Personale gentile. Ambiente ordinato e pulito. Ulteriore punto a suo favore: locale dog friendly! Fujiyama Hot is one of those restaurants that, if you try it, it pleasantly strikes you, because if you pass it you would consider it simply anonymous ... yes ... we came across it almost by chance in happy company and we had a really good dinner, between Japanese and Chinese cuisine of excellent quality and very well presented. Friendly staff. Neat and clean environment. Another point in its favor: dog friendly place!

Air temp in the place is a but warm but the food was fresh, delicious, affordable, and actually matched the pictures. A++ I ate there 3 days in a row. It was empty because of construction blocking it off the street but it is worth the trip. They even had gluten free soy sauce!
