La cura dei piatti si riconosce innanzitutto dalle materie prime di assoluta qualità; i sapori sono ben calibrati e piacevolissimi. I proprietari accoglienti e disponibili, la loro professionalità non è certo finta o improvvisata ma frutto di esperienza decennale e si vede. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che corretto. Un posto dove tornare con molto piacere. First time at Trattoria Roma and we had a great time. The care of the dishes is recognized above all by the raw materials of absolute quality; the flavors are well balanced and very pleasant. The welcoming and helpful owners, their professionalism is certainly not fake or improvised but the result of decades of experience and it shows. Quality / price ratio more than correct. A place to return with great pleasure.

Cucina tradizionale con un tocco di fantasia, ingredienti di prima qualità, piatti molto ben presentati. Lo consiglio. The menu with chestnuts proposed for the brown fair is excellent. Very nice and well-kept place, very kind staff and owner. Wide choice of wines. Traditional cuisine with a touch of imagination, top quality ingredients, very well presented dishes. I advise.

Siamo entrambi intolleranti al lattosio e il personale e stato squisito, ci sono venuti incontro innanzitutto spiegandoci ogni portata, e modificando il piatto da noi scelto. Il cibo era davvero ottimo, con materie prine di qualità cucinate perfettamente. Il mio piatto preferito è stato il vitello tonnato. Chicca finale i biscotti alla nocciola senza latte che hanno accompagnato il caffè. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, torneremo sicuramente First time at trattoria roma, and we had a great time. We are both lactose intolerant and the staff was exquisite, first of all they came to meet us by explaining each course, and changing the dish we chose. The food was really great, with quality raw materials cooked perfectly. My favorite dish was the vitello tonnato. The final treat was the milk-free hazelnut biscuits that accompanied the coffee. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a conduzione famigliare (fatto di persone splendide) dove c'è stato proposto un menù completamente vegano dedicato e preparato per noi. Ampia scelta, materie prime di qualità incredibile, amore per i dettagli. Malgrado non sia un ristorante vegano, hanno ampiamente superato le nostre aspettative. Finalmente un ristorante a Cuneo dove ci sono delle proposte vegane vere!!! Complimenti, continuate così sempre! La Trattoria Roma with a 100% vegan / vegetable menu. We went to this family-run restaurant (made up of wonderful people) where a completely vegan menu was proposed and prepared for us. Wide choice, raw materials of incredible quality, love for details. Despite not being a vegan restaurant, they far exceeded our expectations. Finally a restaurant in Cuneo where there are real vegan proposals !!! Congratulations, keep it up always!

Menu is in italian with a good english translation, and the service is excellent with staff that can speak acceptable English. Reasonable prices, really quite inexpensive considering the quality. Highly recommended!
