★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far my favorite restaurant in my long trip through Lago Maggiore! Specialty is lake fish, followed by seafood meals and pasta. Also food for vegetarians and vegans. You won't regret, and will love the breathtaking views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of eating at this amazing restaurant and was completely bowled over by the whole dining experience. Half of our party took the chef's recommendation and were served with the freshest most-appetising seafood in generous portions. The rest of our party chose different dishes but were equally delighted with their choices, including the fussy youngster among us.
The staff in this family-run business were attentive, helpful and friendly to a fault and the whole dining experience was enhanced by the fact that we were seated on the terrace with sumptuous views over the lake.
But let me not forget to mention the desserts! Despite the ample main courses we decided to work on a recommendation and try some of Laura's amazing deserts. The tiramisu was light-as-a-feather and melt in your mouth. And my family and friends advised that their choices were just as delicious, underlined by the fact that they ate them down too fast to let me taste! Laura's famous desserts are not to be missed!
I have no hesitation in recommending Trattoria Imbarcadero to everyone who appreciates good food and is looking for an authentic Italian dining experience at very reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the spinach ravioli and pomodoro pasta. The pasta was tasty and sufficient, the ravioli dish was tasty but small. There is a beautiful lake view from the table. The waiter was frowny. Prices are higher then other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great lunch. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauces delicious. The bread wasn’t so good, a bit dry, but the view kept us from being too concerned. The service was slow but it was super busy there so not unexpected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've mixed feelings for this restaurant, that's why only 3 stars. The welcome and service is above average, really: waiters always available for any needs or request (trust me, we were quite annoying). The courses are unexpected and unusual, which is perfect for the lovely island: the only regret is that wasn't as tasty as the appearance. But for sure I'll come back again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Isola dei Pescatori and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The fish was great. But the homemade desserts.. Excellent! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed, so much that we skipped our planned trip to Isola Bella! We even got prosecco, amaro and caffè offered. Grazie!
