Y	Yujin Jeong (Angela) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my FIRST TIME reviewing in my life. I normally don't review but I gotta say this. I've never been treated the way I was treated in this restaurant. There was two servers completely ignored us and made us wait for 30 minutes to get our orders. Unfortunately we couldn't order because they didn't come to us to get our order even though I looked at them several times giving them signs that we are ready. So we left. And no apologies were given even though we brought the issues to their attention. I don't know how long would've taken if we were still trying to place a order. I honestly feel offended. We were not Italian and all I felt was that is kind of racist. This restaurant made my first experience of Venice horrible. It's funny two other tables came minutes after and they got served before we were even asked what we wanted. Amazingly we were the only foreigners there and we were completely Ignored. I highly wouldn't recommend this place if you are not "Italian". —————————————————— I am attaching a picture taken from your restaurant because you commented that I was wrong. This photo was taken on June 12th at 2:19pm. And the reason you rate your waiters/waitress so well is because you are the owner. ??‍♀️ Apparently they weren't nice to us. Contrary to what you think.

P	Preston Newhouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and view, standard drinks. Unfortunately, the seafood in the mixed seafood pasta was definitely not fresh and tasted old. Bread tasted old as well. An appetizer was not brought to the table until during the main course because it was forgotten. UPDATE: After posting this I read some other reviews giving this restaurant feedback on the restaurant’s poor quality seafood (and other things that I did not experience) and I was blown away by how rude and arrogant the responses from the owner were, seriously read some if you want a laugh. Definitely do not support this restaurant. I hope the kind employees That helped me are treated better than the customers. I could see this place being on kitchen Nightmares given the owner’s disposition.

We booked a table through a online firm and confirm our table status through phone call. They asked to come in the morning to submit €20 to confirm that we will surely be there for dinner. As soon as we sat down for dinner, the waiter returned the €20.

Service a bit long, need to wait long time to order n we also decided to pay directly in cashier desk to avoid long waiting. I don't understand their painting collection. But overall, the room ambient are good.
