★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a groupon to try this place out and was sooo impressed!!! The food is delicious, amazing and so yummy. Big portions too. The cloth soup, swordfish, and beef were sooo goood! I made a reservation in advanced and was pleasantly surprised. A great place to come for a date or celebrate your bday! I got a candle on my tiramisu:) thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great seafood pasta dishes, very nice staff and we were lucky to also get a table with a direct view on the river. We had an amazing time at this restaurant on our last day in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced food, slow service, and 12% service charge. We unfortunately ate here for our last night in Venice, they only had two servers for the entire restaurant. Food service at first was ok but that's cause there was only one other table. By the end of our meal we had to wait 45 minutes for them to clear our table and get the bill and pay. Additionally with such a high service charge you'd expect them to clear and change cutlery but they just left it on the table. We had the whipped codfish with eggplant, spaghetti Al nero and San Daniele pizza. Pasta wasn't very good, a bit too strong on the squid ink flavours but San Daniele pizza was around average . I would steer clear of this when in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a nice BIG space.. indoor and outdoor seating. Nice staff. I had the Venetian appetizers which was 5 different kinds of well known city apps. Had the seafood plate which came with 3 different kinds of fish/prawns. Was a very nice meal, good atmosphere. I got there around 5:30 and no one was there. By the time I left around 7:30, place was getting busy. The food was good, but wasn’t anything ‘stunning’ if you will? The music was a bit all over the place, type of music changed 3 times while I was there from 90’s american love songs which was hilarious to me (actually enjoyed it) to soft Italian to soft jazz. I spent $95 euros including a bottle of wine, that’s the cost just for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the most positive experiences we had in Venice. After a long time of walking and visiting Venice's beautiful cities, we found this place and it was like an oasis. The food has very good quality and the portions are satisfying. There is the famous 15€menu and the Hugo aperitif was amazing!

I recommend coming here both for their grilled fish and good selection of pizza ? ? ?
And they do not hold back on the beer!
