★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portions (especially the lasagne) were quite small. When we saw the bill we realized that they charged 5 EUROS for packed up dry grissinis and very cheap, not self made bread. To top it all they already added 10 % tip to the bill. Absolutely not recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great setting, nice staff. White wine was served first, after 3 minutes the beer. Pizza bufalina was okay, however tomatoes were cold. Pizza prosciutto funghi was disappointing, as mushrooms were out of a can instead of fresh.

At first the menus were thrown on the table without a good evening.
Yes the head waiter was busy. He couldn't even smile while getting our order. He said verbatim: What do you want.. with a pretty annoyed tone. Again... It can be busy.. don't take it out on me.
To be an easy customer we've ordered everything at the same time. First received the delicious (no sarcasm) lasagna. After a couple minutes I asked when the other dish will come.. 5 minutes said the waiter and then we received the wrong dish.. after telling the waiter about it, he blamed it on us. Wow... And then we had to pay with a surcharge for the service.. I complained but nobody took any responsibility and tried to blame it us.. interesting..
Tldr. Food 8/10 service 2/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! Delicioso - This little side street Enoteca/Ristorante was magical. Our waiter Antonio was fantastic! He recommended dishes and wine pairings that were perfect. The Chef is talented and the presentation of our seafood dishes especially were perfect.
I visit Desenzano several times a year, this ristorante will become a regular for me. Great service, smiles and delicious food. a much better choice than your options on the promenade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. The hotel, the restaurant... everything is perfect. Tasted lot of dishes like variation of salami and cheese (Prosciutto crudo, Mortadella, Peccorino and parmeggiano reggiano 30 messi etc.), Fiorentina di manzo Tagliatelle con Porcini and Filleto di manzo. They offer delicious deserts like Tiramisu or Creme Mascarpone. Prosecco was also very good. Fully recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was brought to the table without cutlery. when questioning after 15 minutes after the food arrived about the drinks whereabouts, the waiter said there was a problem with some Pakistanis!? Food is ok though, tables hare hard to eat at due to the angle. After the third time asking for drinks, they are yet to arrive. I'm not sure at this point they every will as we have finished our meal.
