★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere and huge beer and wine selection. The pizza was amazing. There was something special about the pizza crust. I highly recommend this place. Make a reservation, we came in with 10 people without a reservation. They accepted us, but they had to shift a few things around. The place was full, which shows the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our sons‘ verdict after the 1st evening: „The best pizza I ever had in my entire life!“ We were there 4 evenings, all in all, flawless every time! Matteo & his troops are very friendly, flexible, well organized and we felt welcomed every time.Dinner from stuffed squid over anchovi liguine till pizza, incl desert was always great. and some things I never had in my life: sbrisolona for desert for instance, seemingly typical from Mantova, dry cookie-like pieces sprinkled with Grappa!
All in all: Compliments Matteo and colleagues!!

A real gem, everything was perfect. The pizza was the best I've ever tasted. Everyone was so nice.
We arrived exactly at 19:00 when the restaurant opened and 30 minutes later it was full, so I recommend to make a reservation. Also the espresso is very special. Very recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great traditional cuisine! Location is informal, a slightly hidden place at the end of a blind alley, on a pedestrian and shopping street. Pet friendly. Few dishes on the menu, in fact it is a restaurant that offers what is able to do. Very well prepared, and tasty dishes. Cuisine rich in aromas. These plates remind of grandma's cooking, and for all I care, it's a compliment. In addition to traditional dishes, pizzas are also offered, both for lunch and dinner.
Excellent choice to have a great time, eat well and avoid the usual tourist restaurants. Fair price, around 35-45 eu per person.
The entrance has a ramp for wheelchair access.

The wine selection was great with the waiter able to provide the perfect wine pairings, the pasta and pizza is not to be missed. The waiter was so friendly and helped us with any questions we had on the menu. The restaurant is located down a side alley so is very quiet and away from the tourist traps. Highly recommend!
