La pasta è leggera e non sa di pane. Staff disponibile The photo speaks for itself. Good pizza and generous in size! I took the stench that bears the name of the place which, although rich, has a pleasant and balanced taste. The pasta is light and doesn't taste like bread. Helpful staff

Ci ha accolto un signore con pochissima voglia di fare tanto da indicarci il tavolo, che distava circa 15 mt, senza accompagnarci. La pizza l'abbiamo trovata pesante, l'impasto man mano che si raffreddava diventava tipo cartone. L'unico sorriso da parte dello staff, lo abbiamo ricevuto al momento di pagare il conto: 4 pizze, 2 birre e 2 coche, 71 euro!! We arrived at the time set by the reservation, the place was still empty. We were welcomed by a gentleman with very little desire to do enough to show us the table, which was about 15 meters away, without accompanying us. We found the pizza heavy, the dough as it cooled became like cardboard. The only smile from the staff, we received it when paying the bill: 4 pizzas, 2 beers and 2 coche, 71 euros !!

S	Sigfrido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria pizzeria storica di Salzano con ampio parcheggio privato, location carina ma niente di più, la sala principale grande e pertanto quando è piena risulta chiassosa, servizio veloce ma "frettoloso" e personale gentile. Siamo stati diverse volte a mangiare la tipica pizza napoletana pertanto soffice che è di buona qualità, con mia moglie abbiamo voluto provare anche il classico menù fisso infrasettimanale che con un massimo di 13€ permette di avere sia un classico menù completo o in alternativa la pizza, naturalmente abbiamo scelto il menù completo come da foto, la qualità è nella media peccato che solo un contorno era ben caldo mentre tutte le altre portate erano a malapena tiepide, magari una fatalità? se non fosse stato per questo problema sicuramente avrei potuto valutare con una stella in più. Historic trattoria pizzeria in Salzano with ample private parking, nice location but nothing more, the main hall is large and therefore when it is full it is noisy, fast but "hasty" service and kind staff. We have been several times to eat the typical Neapolitan pizza therefore soft which is of good quality, with my wife we also wanted to try the classic midweek fixed menu that with a maximum of € 13 allows you to have both a classic complete menu or alternatively pizza , of course we chose the complete menu as shown in the photo, the quality is average, too bad that only one side dish was hot while all the other courses were barely warm, maybe a fatality? if it weren't for this problem I certainly could have rated it with an extra star.
