The interior of the restaurant has retained his old looks: all the inside is made of wood, a water mill that powers electricity, and much more (don't want to spoil). Outside there are parks with lakes and bridges. The food was very good, granted the menu is rather small: probably because only in season products are used. WARNING: if you are a volume eater or have rather wild kids, this place may not be your best option. Dishes are petite and there is an atmosphere of quietness to the place. Conclusion: good place for fancy dinners and thick wallets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to bring your friends if they are visiting! Has everything you're looking for! Beautiful gardens, rustic interior to delicious organic food. And tons of History! It was built in the 1500's and used as a mill until 1984 when it was turned into a restaurant. The dishes are simple yet complicated, made with herbs and vegetables grown right there on the property. For dessert we had a sage infused creme brulee with lavender sorbet. Heaven.
