r	renato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati qui con la mia famiglia al ritorno da Genova personale molto cortese e cibo molto buono il tutto cucinato in modo molto semplice consiglio se ci piacciono di provare le acciughe ne vale la pena We stopped here with my family on the way back from Genoa very friendly staff and very good food all cooked in a very simple way I recommend if we like to try anchovies it is worth it

Consigliatissimo A restaurant where as soon as you sit down you are in the family. Barbara the owner is a special person ..... The food needless to say is top. Highly recommended
R	Roberto Valentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio per un pranzo di mezzogiorno ci sistemiamo nei bei tavoli all'aperto della antistante piazza e poco dopo scopriamo che il ristorante entro pochi giorni chiuderà per ferie e l'abituale menù è stato sostituito completamente con piatti veloci più adatti ad un "self service' aziendale. A malincuore accettiamo la situazione comprendendo le esigenze commerciali del locale e così come noi anche i numerosi clienti presenti che si vedevano mano a mano esaurire anche lo scarno menù proposto. A fine pasto si presentano altri clienti che si accomodano anch'essi in piazza e con nostro estremo stupore notiamo che a questi viene portata la lavagnetta "ufficiale" del locale (vedi foto allegate) con tutti i piatti abituali. Alle nostre rimostranze la proprietaria ci liquida con fare stizzito. Salvo solo il personale sempre gentile e didponibile Passing through for a midday lunch we settle in the beautiful outdoor tables of the opposite square and shortly after we discover that the restaurant will close for holidays within a few days and the usual menu has been completely replaced with quick dishes more suitable for a "self service" 'company. Reluctantly we accept the situation understanding the commercial needs of the place and like us also the numerous customers present who were gradually exhausting even the meager menu proposed. At the end of the meal, other customers come and take a seat in the square and to our utter amazement we notice that the "official" slate of the restaurant (see attached photo) is brought to them with all the usual dishes. To our grievances, the owner dismisses us with anger. Except only the staff who are always polite and helpful

"Gli agnolotti del plin sono il nostro cavallo di battaglia" :o) We were pleasantly impressed by the attention to every detail: by the attention of the staff that has always been delicate and unobtrusive, by the presentation of the dishes with simple but well presented ingredients, by the taste of the courses and by the hand-made pasta that preserves the flavors of a time. "Agnolotti del plin are our workhorse": o)

We stopped by chance ..... very nice place, young and nice staff .., .. very good and genuine food ..... honest prices ...... RECOMMENDED !!!!
S	Save on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (6 stelle perché 5 sono poche) Essendo in giro in moto dalle parti di Gavi abbiamo deciso di fermarci a mangiare in una trattoria del posto e devo dire che ho fatto una scelta azzeccatissima!! Cibo di ottima qualità, ben cucinato e ben servito. Porzioni generose e tutto fatto in casa..e fidatevi che la differenza si sente!! L'ambiente semplice e ben arredato, ti fa sentire a casa. Tutto pulitissimo e servizio impeccabile da parte di tutto il personale. Il cameriere di una professionalità difficile da trovare in altri posti. Alla prossima occasione ci torneremo molto molto volentieri! Consigliatissimo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (6 stars because 5 are few) Being on a motorbike around Gavi we decided to stop and eat in a local restaurant and I must say that I made a perfect choice !! Excellent quality food, well cooked and well served. Generous portions and all homemade..and trust that the difference is felt !! The simple and well-furnished environment makes you feel at home. All spotlessly clean and impeccable service from all staff. The waiter of a professionalism difficult to find in other places. At the next opportunity we will return very very happy! Highly recommended.

Optiamo sulla Trattoria Mascon sulla base di quanto letto online e non restiamo delusi. Buona proposta di piatti del territorio e della tradizione piemontes, soprattutto per quanto riguarda antipasti e primi. Partiamo con baccalà mantecato e lingua (ottimi), e agnolotti del plin che non deludono le aspettative. Chiudiamo assaggiando la polenta con lumache, forse il piatto che un po' ci ha deluso: polenta molto fine e lumache molto (troppo) unte. Nel complesso ne usciamo ampiamente soddisfatti per quanto riguarda piatti, location e servizio. Sicuramente quando saremo in zona ci torneremo We were passing through the nearby outlet and were looking for a solution in the area. We opt for Trattoria Mascon based on what we read online and we are not disappointed. Good proposal of local dishes and Piedmontese tradition, especially as regards appetizers and first courses. We start with creamed cod and language (excellent), and agnolotti del plin that do not disappoint expectations. We close by tasting the polenta with snails, perhaps the dish that disappointed us a little: very fine polenta and very (too) greasy snails. Overall we are largely satisfied with regard to dishes, location and service. Certainly when we are in the area we will return
