Finalmente ho avuto l'opportunita' di provarla e non posso che confermare l'impressione che avevo. Cibo ottimo. Noi abbiamo apprezzato di piu' i secondi. Baccala' e bollito eccezionali. I've been walking that road for years and every time I saw the sign of this restaurant and I said to myself: 'You have to eat them well ..'. I finally had the opportunity to try it and I can only confirm the impression I had. Great food. We appreciated the main courses more. Exceptional cod and boiled meat.

Ho mangiato dei marubini deliziosi nel suo brodo davvero gustoso, i bolliti sono i protagonisti, super carrello, grande qualità e scelta con le salse d’accompagnamento davvero buonissime. Abbiamo assaggiato i formaggi anche loro molto buoni e per chiudere una crostata sfiziosissima! Gestore gentilissimo ci ha offerto anche l’amaro. Cinque stelle anche per il servizio, i ragazzi sono gentili ed educati, sanno fare proprio bene il loro lavoro Un’esperienza che consiglio a chi è amante della cucina del territorio ma sopratutto amante dei bolliti. Non solo bolliti, In carta anche altri piatti davvero interessanti. Bravi davvero!! Thanks to a friend I discovered this wonderful restaurant. I ate delicious marubini in its really tasty broth, boiled meats are the protagonists, super trolley, great quality and choice with the really delicious accompanying sauces. We tasted the cheeses which are also very good and to finish a delicious tart! The very kind manager also offered us the amaro. Five stars also for the service, the guys are kind and polite, they know how to do their job well An experience that I recommend to anyone who is a lover of local cuisine but above all a lover of boiled meats. Not only boiled, but also other really interesting dishes on the menu. Really good!

Non sarà un caso se ci si entra solo prenotando... ? Trattoria accogliente, distanze tra i tavoli rispettate e personale cordiale. I piatti del menù sono tipici eseguiti con amore e tanta passione. Il bollito ha di tutto e di più, dalla gallina alla testa. La lingua salmistrata è stata la scoperta che non avevo mai provato. Eccezionale! Le porzioni sono giuste e i prezzi sono onestissimi. Siamo usciti dal locale d'accordo di visitarlo nuovamente nel breve. Consigliatissima la prenotazione con tanto anticipo. Top! ? The temple of boiled meat! ? The dishes on the menu are typical made with love and a lot of passion. The boiled meat has everything and more, from the hen to the head. Corned tongue was the discovery I had never tried. Exceptional! The portions are fair and the prices are very fair. We left the place and agreed to visit it again in the short term. Booking in advance is highly recommended. Top! ?

M	Matteo Galli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite big and really famous restaurant. This is a typical "trattoria" that offers typical dishes and goodies from this area. It's really famous for the "bollito", a sort of boiled meat, but also for pasta and risotto. To find a place you must book a table at least 20/25 days before and sometimes, during holiday season, even one month prior. I found pasta and risotto especially good and tasty. The second course, was delicious too, even if the horse steak was a bit hard and chalky. Wine is good, even the wine of the house and the desserts do not fall to far from their cousins. Price are fair and not expensive. In general a lovely place where to have a lunch or dinner.
