A	Ale P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra prima tappa nel Friuli è stata la cittadina di Palmanova e per pranzo abbiamo usufruito di questa osteria all'interno delle mura "stellate". Il menù è ristretto, ma se la qualità è questa non è un difetto, la cameriera è molto familiare e ti fa sentire davvero a tuo agio. Le seppioline con i piselli in umido sono davvero top e il vino bianco della casa non è da meno. Se dovessi tornare a Palmanova non perderei tempo a cercare un posto diverso, ma andrei a colpo sicuro. Our first stop in Friuli was the town of Palmanova and for lunch we took advantage of this tavern within the "starry" walls. The menu is limited, but if the quality is this is not a fault, the waitress is very familiar and makes you feel really at ease. The cuttlefish with stewed peas are really top and the house white wine is no exception. If I were to return to Palmanova I would not waste time looking for a different place, but I would go without fail.

Titolare molto gentile e disponibile, ordinato due primi: gnocchi di zucca con salvia burro e ricotta affumicata e spaghetti con olive alici e pomodorini, buoni entrambi, forse abbondanti leggermente in olio. Tempo di attesa un po’ lungo. Posto curato, da tornarci. Simple but very welcoming place, family-run, in the center of Palmanova, a meeting place for locals. Typical cuisine, few dishes but typical ones. Owner very kind and helpful, ordered two first courses: pumpkin gnocchi with sage butter and smoked ricotta and spaghetti with anchovy olives and cherry tomatoes, both good, perhaps abundant slightly in oil. Waiting time a little long. Well-kept place, to go back.

Einrichtung stimmig, gemütlich, hier hockt man gerne bei herrlichem Vino, und kalten und einfachen warmen Gerichten. Kleine Speisekarte, aber was an den Tisch kommt, sehr sehr gut. Die beiden jungen Damen im Service, lustig, freundlich, haben Spaß. Schade das dieses italienische Kleinod so weit weg von der Heimat ist, währe unser neuer kleine Stamm Italiener.⁸
