★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piatti unici davvero secondo le antiche ricette tradizionali siciliane e chi vi scrive è siciliana. E a prescindere dalla Sicilia, tutti piatti sono stati particolarmente squisiti.
Unica pecca il servizio al tavolo che sebbene puntuale non era all'altezza dei piatti che meritano una descrizione/narrazione vista la storia e la molteplicità degli ingredienti. Peccato perché a questi livelli bisogna avere anche personale in sala con sorriso almeno, oltre che "comunicativo".
I piatti parlano da soli per fortuna.
Andate e sicuramente apprezzerete piatti e contesto molto rilassante.
 Unique dishes really according to the ancient traditional Sicilian recipes and whoever writes to you is Sicilian. And apart from Sicily, all dishes were particularly exquisite.
The only flaw is the table service which, although punctual, was not at the height of the dishes that deserve a description / narration given the history and the multiplicity of ingredients. Too bad because at these levels you must also have staff in the room with a smile at least, as well as "communicative".
The dishes speak for themselves thankfully.
Go and surely you will appreciate dishes and very relaxing environment.
