Splendid location on the terrace for this Roman tavern that not only offers traditional dishes (such as the unmissable carbonara) but also seafood proposals. In addition to the aforementioned carbonara, my partner took spectacular spaghetti with cod, confit tomatoes and pistachios .... to make us the shoe! The desserts are also delicious, with an Oscar-worthy tiramisu cream. Smiling staff and super nice Chef. Absolutely the best in the area for people like us who came from outside.

Bravissimi
Splendid terrace, which can also be used in winter because it is quite heated, but cmq for the coldest there are also large spaces inside! All really delicious without too many fancy or exaggerations: really generous portions, but I'm from the north and so maybe I don't want to! And above all, really cheap prices for the location and the quality of the raw materials: the two of us spent 60 € for 2 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, 2 side dishes, 1 dessert, 2 glasses of wine, bread, water and coffee, and they also offered excellent local bitters .... in short, it is worthwhile especially in an area like this really poor in quality! Very good

Great experience, I came with my friends and I had a really good time. Very welcoming and well cared for, with style but sober and familiar. Courteous staff and at the end the cook also came to greet us by offering us some local bitters! Worth a visit and in summer they even have a lovely terrace! top

Very special evening in this little place in the north of Rome where we passed by chance staying at a nearby hotel. Really nice location, warm, clean and well cared for. The waitress explains the reason for the name: the use of the less noble parts of the animals for slaughter, but without being afraid we see that the menu also offers other choices and there is really spoiled for choice, but as we are not Romans we obviously opt for typical things: let's start with a splendid fried artichoke, courgette flowers and cod and a classic and more extreme fried cerebellum! Delicious, dry and crunchy with a super batter. Let's continue with the first ones that really make us understand the superior level (at least compared to the other restaurants we have been to) of the kitchen and of the Chef. Memorable carbonara creamy, savory, enveloping, and truly original gricia with pears. For the main courses we opt for a really tender beef cheek, while my friends get really well done offal and tripe! We close with an excellent crem caramel and a very creamy tiramisu! Prices in line with location and above all with remarkable raw materials! Congratulations to all the staff

We love everything about this place! We went back twice in the week we were visiting, and would have gone a third time if we had a longer stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the food was divine, and the restaurant itself is adorable. Try sitting on the upstairs terrace for a romantic ambience. The penne amatriciana was amazing! Prices were great, and the music was lovely.

Amazing place, superb food and wonderful staff. I had the fried brains, the liver pate, the carbonara and the tiramisu. It was all very tasty and the carbonara deserved the title of the best in Rome!

We decided to stop and eat in this typical osteria of Rome. As you can see from the photos, we decided to taste *pasta alla carbonara*, since this restaurant is famous for this type of first course. We also tasted *pasta all'amatriciana*. We could not miss the *carciofo alla giudia* and *Crostini* with liver pate. All accompanied by a delicate bottle of local red. At the end of the dinner, the inevitable tiramisù. ?? #rome #pastaallacarbonara #tiramisu
