A	Angelo Molaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti, comincio col dire che arrivato qui a montesilvano per la prima volta, ero affamato e, non sapevo dove andare. Passeggiando ho visto la tabella della trattoria, devo dire che gia dall'esterno molto pulita ed ordinata mi ha ispirato, perchè a volte anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte. Entro e mi accoglie il proprietario, molto gentile ed affabile, ci fa accomodare e ci lascia il menu. Il menù oltre hai piatti tipici da trattori ha anche altre pietanze, (ovviamente non è un ristorante). Ho scelto di provare la chitarrina all'abruzzese ed i gnocchetti con un sugo alle verdure e pomodoro. Che dire le paste erano fatte a mano davvero ottime, i sughi non unti ed i sapori ben distinti tra loro. Di secondo ovviamente gli arristicini....... che spettacolo ho preso quelli fatti a mano....... provateli! Ed il cacio ai carboni spettacolare!!! Ci ritornerò nei giorni a seguire sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Inoltre qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Provate per credere!! Hi everyone, I start by saying that when I arrived here in Montesilvano for the first time, I was hungry and I didn't know where to go. Walking I saw the table of the restaurant, I must say that from the outside very clean and tidy inspired me, because sometimes even the eye wants its part. The owner, very kind and affable, welcomes me and leaves us the menu. The menu besides you have typical dishes for tractors has also other dishes, (obviously it is not a restaurant). I chose to try the chitarrina all'abruzzese and the gnocchetti with a vegetable and tomato sauce. What about the pasta was really good by hand, the greasy sauces and the distinct flavors. Of course the arristicini ....... what a show I took those handmade ....... try them! And the spectacular charcoal cheese !!! I will return in the following days I was very satisfied. Also unbeatable quality / price. Try it!

G	Gianluca Giacintucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fettuccine ai funghi squisite, vino ottimo ,bruschette ed arrosticini molto buoni soprattutto i classici e di fegato ,quelli fatti a mano un po' duretti...quindi consiglio questo ristorante piccolo ma molto accogliente anche con la simpatia del proprietario Mario .Io ci sono stato con la mia compagna diverse volte e ci ho fatto pranzi di lavoro e non mi ha mai deluso , abbiamo assaggiato anche gnocchi ed arrosto misto molto buoni . Ve lo consiglio. Fettuccine with exquisite mushrooms, excellent wine, very good bruschetta and arrosticini especially the classics and liver, the hand-made ones a little hard ... so I recommend this small but very welcoming restaurant also with the sympathy of the owner Mario. been with my partner several times and I had business lunches there and it never disappointed me, we also tasted very good gnocchi and mixed roast. I recommend it.

Davvero buoni anche i primi soprattutto i tipici spaghetti alla chitarra con polpette di carne oltre agli gnocchetti con la carne. Peccato per la posizione sulla statale molto trafficata dove un piccolo dehor che vi si affaccia, può contenere solo pochi tavoli. Molto più accogliente invece l'interno, dotato di aria condizionata. Se avete degli animali, dovrete necessariamente accomodarvi all'esterno. Il titolare non accetta gli amici a 4 zampe all'interno. Il prezzo da pagare per un pasto completo si aggira sui 20 - 25 € max. a testa. Nel complesso il mio voto è 9. Typical Abruzzo trattoria where the real specialty are the famous lamb skewers that are cooked at the moment in the quantity you want. The first courses are also really good, especially the typical spaghetti alla chitarra with meatballs as well as the gnocchi with meat. Too bad for the location on the very busy state road where a small outdoor area overlooking it can only hold a few tables. The interior, equipped with air conditioning, is much more welcoming. If you have animals, you will necessarily have to sit outside. The owner does not accept 4-legged friends inside. The price to pay for a full meal is around 20 - 25 € max. each. Overall my grade is 9.

Abbiamo mangiato arrosticini spettacolari, gustosi e morbidissimi! Prezzi medi e giusti! 5 stelle Small place but very welcoming, I appreciated the seriousness of the manager, asking us for the grenpass, and also the waitress with a mask. We ate spectacular, tasty and very soft arrosticini! Average and fair prices! 5 stars
