Il ristorante è accogliente con un estivo fantastico aperto su grandi spazi. Ottimi i primi (cappelletti al tartufo nero da 10), abbondanti e buoni i secondi. Cortesia garantita e prezzi più che onesti. Bambini e amici a 4 zampe graditi e coccolati, compresa area smistamento cani e fasciatoio. Consigliatissimo! Small pearl near the city. Taking a road surrounded by fields, one has the sensation of entering another world. The restaurant is cozy with a great summer open on large spaces. Excellent first courses (cappelletti with black truffle for 10), abundant and good second courses. Guaranteed courtesy and more than fair prices. Welcome and pampered children and 4-legged friends, including dog sorting area and changing table. Highly recommended!

Immerso in una piacevole area verde appena fuori dalla città, la Trattoria il Gusto del Volo è una piccola oasi di relax per un pranzo od una cena sia in coppia che con amici. Ottimo anche per pranzi di lavoro in quanto i gestori sono estremamente disponibili e ti lasciano il tempo che ti occorre per discutere con colleghi e clienti. I piatti sono tutti molto curati e preparati sul momento ponendo una grande attenzione alle materie prime. Ottima anche la tagliata e il filetto ! Hanno una interessantissima selezione di vini, per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche. Liquori della Distilleria Mantovani da provare tutti, ad uno ad uno, facendo guidare un altro al ritorno ;-) A restaurant where I always go back with pleasure! Immersed in a pleasant green area just outside the city, the Trattoria il Gusto del Volo is a small oasis of relaxation for a lunch or dinner for both couples and friends. Also great for business lunches as the managers are extremely helpful and leave you the time you need to discuss with colleagues and customers. The dishes are all well cared for and freshly prepared paying great attention to raw materials. The cut and fillet are also excellent! They have a very interesting selection of wines, for all tastes and budgets. Liqueurs from the Mantovani Distillery to try everyone, one by one, having another drive back ;-)

Possibile sedersi anche all’aperto in veranda . Ottima cucina e ottimo servizio. Consiglio i balanzoni (piatto bolognese) saltati in padella con culatello e ovviamente anche i cappelletti classici ferraresi. very homely environment with an original location in the middle of the flying fields. Simple and minimal furniture, perhaps a little bare for such a large space. It is also possible to sit outdoors on the veranda. Great food and great service. I recommend the balanzoni (Bolognese dish) sautéed with culatello and of course also the classic Ferrara cappelletti.

Qui la passione per il volo e la tradizione emiliana si intrecciano in un gioco di sapori tra la cucina ferrarese e quella bolognese. Il gusto del volo o meglio… il gusto della pasta! Una vera bontà! Da provare senza pensarci due volte: i tortelloni con salsiccia e porcini; la cotoletta alla petroniana e i bocconcini di pollo al tartufo. A gem immersed in the Ferrara countryside. Here the passion for flying and the Emilian tradition intertwine in a game of flavors between Ferrara and Bolognese cuisine. The taste of flying or rather ... the taste of pasta! A real goodness! La suggestiva location e la cordialità dei proprietari (oltre all’ospitalità tipica dei romagnoli) hanno reso il pranzo davvero piacevole. Angus rigorosamente al sangue e tenero come burro. Provare per credere. È anche possibile visitare la pista e il parcheggio degli alianti. Luogo curioso anche per i bambini. Ampio spazio all’aperto e cane giocherellone all’accoglienza. The restaurant is located in the center of the airfield, about 5km from the motorway exit. The suggestive location and the friendliness of the owners (in addition to the typical hospitality of the Romagna people) made the lunch truly enjoyable. Angus strictly rare and tender as butter. Seeing is believing. It is also possible to visit the runway and the glider parking lot. A curious place for children too. Large outdoor space and a playful dog at the reception.
