★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to say about this place!! Well it’s a homemade food. A small family trattoria. You eating like you were home. Nothing to do with all the touristic places. The starters were very tasty. The pasta à la Norma is just perfect. The place itself is cozy and the owner is such a nice person. Don’t miss the place if you are around, they will really make you feel as you were home. Thanks to Michael and the wife. I will be happy to come back

We really wanted to give rave reviews, but objectively speaking, there’s much better restaurants for the same price (20€ per person for antipasti, primi, dessert, and drinks). 2.5 stars at for food quality: heavy handed on the salt. Pasta were delicious, but lacking in sauce. Canolo was unremarkable. Skip the white wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super home cooked food joint. jolanda does the cooking while hubby michele does the front office by talking explaining entertaining and preparing the appetizers. portions are generous. it's a fixed menu for 20 eur with one appetizer one pasta cannolo and a drink. quite close to Porta Nuova. she cooks very simple so u will digest all food very smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best lunch of our lives today. Michele and Jolanda were so kind and welcoming, and patient with our limited Italian. They treated us and fed us like family. Michele explained everything from the very reasonably priced fixed menu. We enjoyed appetizers of local cheese, bread, olives, croquettes, arancini, and pnelle. Our main courses were delicious plates of pasta with fresh cheese, followed by the most amazing homemade cannoli. The whole meal was one of the most delicious things I’ve had in my life but that cannoli was something special. I cannot recommend this place any more highly, and 5 stars are not enough
