★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo capitati di Sabato e Maurizio ci ha accolto con semplicita' ed in modo amichevole .
La cucina é stata decisamente all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Quello che non ci aspettavamo era la diretta simpatia di tutti loro che ci hanno scaldato il cuore. (Le cipolle della mamma sono deliziose)

 We happened on Saturday and Maurizio welcomed us with simplicity and in a friendly way.
The kitchen definitely lived up to our expectations. What we did not expect was the direct sympathy of all of them which warmed our hearts. (Mommy's onions are delicious)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria trovata per caso ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa . Situato sulla via emilia fra Bologna e castel san pietro. Quando entri ti dimentichi del tempo . Titolare gentile e simpatico. Cibo ottimo . Se siete nei paraggi andateci ne vale la pena .
Trattoria found by chance but it was a pleasant surprise. Located on the Via Emilia between Bologna and Castel San Pietro. When you enter, you forget about time. Friendly and nice owner. Great food. If you are around, go for it.

Pochi piatti ma ottimi...tutti fatti in casa dalle due fantastiche regine della cucina ...ottimo qualità/prezzo...consigliatissimo ?
Family-run trattoria ... so familiar that Maurizio, owner of a cabaret waiter, seems to have known him for a lifetime ...
Few dishes but excellent ... all homemade by the two fantastic queens of the kitchen ... excellent quality / price ... highly recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classica trattoria di campagna. La scelta dei piatti non è ampia, ma di ottima cucina con favorevole rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il titolare ed il personale sono caratterizzati dalla tipica cordialità petroniana che, purtroppo, sta scomparendo. I piatti gustati sono tagliatelle al ragù, tagliolini al limone, straccetti all'aceto balsamico, polpette con piselli, zuppa inglese e fior di latte; tutti squisiti. Non posso giudicare il vino, dovendo guidare, non ne ho bevuto.
Classic country trattoria. The choice of dishes is not wide, but excellent cuisine with a favorable quality / price ratio. The owner and the staff are characterized by the typical Petronian friendliness which, unfortunately, is disappearing. The dishes tasted are tagliatelle with meat sauce, tagliolini with lemon, strips with balsamic vinegar, meatballs with peas, trifle and mozzarella; all exquisite. I cannot judge the wine, having to drive, I have not drunk it.

Ambiente semplice ma accogliente, i primi sono aldisopra della media ed in porzioni abbondanti, in particolare i tortellini rigorosamente in brodo e le tagliatelle al ragu', due piatti deliziosi. Per i dolci mi sento di raccomandare il fiordilatte semplicemente stupendo e la zuppa inglese, due dolci fatti da loro sono unici e buonissimi. Il prezzo assolutamente conveniente.Dispone di parcheggio.Merita una sosta ed anche una deviazione !Ci sono stato recentemente ed ho potuto apprezzare di nuovo i magnifici tortellini per me rigorosamente in brodo, ma vengono serviti anche in altri modi panna,ragù. I dolci sono imbattibili sia il fiordilatte che la zuppa inglese, come sopra. Consiglierei come contorni la cicoria saltata in padella.Insomma la " Mamma " è una certezza culinaria !Dispone di tre sale , quindi adatto per compleanni comunioni ed altro.
The trattoria dalla Mamma di Maurizio is almost a place "of memory." Simple but welcoming environment, the first courses are above average and in abundant portions, in particular the tortellini strictly in broth and the tagliatelle al ragu ', two delicious dishes. For desserts I recommend the simply wonderful fiordilatte and the trifle, two desserts made by them are unique and delicious. The price is absolutely affordable. It has parking. It deserves a stop and also a detour! I was there recently and I was able to appreciate again the magnificent tortellini strictly in broth for me, but they are also served in other ways cream, ragù. The desserts are unbeatable both the fiordilatte and the trifle, as above. I would recommend the pan-fried chicory as a side dish. In short, the "Mamma" is a culinary certainty! It has three rooms, therefore suitable for birthdays, communions and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were passing by and stopped for lunch. No menu, just the owner who will tell you what their cooking that day, in Italian. Prices are not displayed, so your bill will come out of his head :) We had simple tagliatelle con ragu which were fine.
