Ho trovato la vera trattoria di una volta, facendo un piacevole tuffo nei ricordi del passato quando da piccolo andavo a mangiare fuori con i miei genitori. Da Palmina non è solo una trattoria del passato per l'arredamento ma soprattutto per l'ottimo cibo genuino che ho potuto degustare e nell'ambiente caloroso che ho trovato. Il signor Celestino sa intrattenere e coccolare gli ospiti con gentilezza, simpatia senza essere mai invadente. La loro specialità è la trota, pesce che a noi non piace, ma che abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare come la cucina la signora Giovanna cambiando piacevolmente idea. Mentre sto scrivendo non riesco a non pensare con nostalgia alle tagliatelle funghi e tartufo e alle costolette d'agnello, uno spettacolo per il palato. Il nostro non è stato un addio ma.... un arrivederci a presto In mid-September, while passing through the area, I stopped with my family for lunch at this restaurant in Sefro. Mr. Celestino knows how to entertain and pamper guests with kindness, sympathy without ever being intrusive. Their specialty is trout, a fish that we do not like, but that we have had the opportunity to taste like Mrs. Giovanna cooking, pleasantly changing her mind. Al di là del contesto un po' attempato, l'atmosfera è molto piacevole, così come ogni tipo di pietanza: dai primi alla trota (specialità della casa). Sapori autentici e genuini, ormai rari da trovare. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, consigliatissimo. For sure the best place to stop and eat when in Sefro. Beyond the slightly older context, the atmosphere is very pleasant, as well as every type of dish: from first courses to trout (house specialty). Authentic and genuine flavors, now rare to find. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Tutto molto buono...anche l acqua del Sindaco...dolci dai vecchi sapori, che ricordano quelli della nonna, crema con alchermes. Gestione familiare, disponibili ed educati. Prezzo onesto. Vale un viaggio Classic trattoria ... in the true sense of the word. Homemade and typical cuisine.
