Ottima cucina a partire dagli antipasti che serviti con una calda crescia o facaccia li accompagna benissimo, buoni anche i primine secondi che con la tagliata raggiungono il top. Personale cordialissimo e attento alle tue esigenze, molto simpatici con la quale è un piacere scambiarci due chiacchiere tra una portata e l'altra. Lo consiglio perché merita veramente di essere provato. The name osteria reflects a lot this place. Excellent cuisine starting from the appetizers that served with a warm crescia or facaccia accompanies them very well, even the first second courses that reach the top with the cut. Staff very cordial and attentive to your needs, very nice with whom it is a pleasure to chat between one course and another. I recommend it because it really deserves to be tried.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca un po lentini, ma compensata dalla bontà del cibo. Ritornerò di certo. Sono stato qui per esigenze di servizio e ho mangiato in maniera semplice, ma molto soddisfacente, dei paccheri al ragù di capriolo (sugo fresco e molto saporito), una braciola di maiale (carne decisamente buona) e della cicoria ripassata. Questo esercizio di ristorazione, inserito nell'albergo diffuso Borgo de Varano, è a gestione familiare e i proprietari/gestori, nonché il restante personale che vi lavora, sono cortesi, cordiali e professionali. Il locale, sebbene non sia facilmente raggiungibile e possegga pochi parcheggi nelle sue vicinanze, è consigliato per la bontà e la genuinità delle pietanze, nonché per la simpatia dei proprietari/gestori, a tratti contagiosa. The Osteria della Spada is a typical, rural and very nice place, located in the Morro di Camerino hamlet. I was here for service needs and ate in a simple but very satisfying way paccheri with venison ragu (fresh and very tasty sauce), a pork chop (very good meat) and sautéed chicory. This restaurant, located in the Borgo de Varano widespread hotel, is family-run and the owners / managers, as well as the remaining staff who work there, are courteous, friendly and professional. The restaurant, although it is not easily accessible and has few parking spaces in its vicinity, is recommended for the goodness and genuineness of the dishes, as well as for the friendliness of the owners / managers, sometimes contagious.

Locale pulito a me è piaciuto veramente molto, per chi non conosce il posto, l'ingresso si trova in concomitanza con quello di un un'albergo. Ve lo consiglio per provare i prodotti marchigiani. Osteria della Sword, a nice characteristic place, courteous and always available staff, I ate really excellent mezzelune al ciauscolo. I really liked a clean place, for those unfamiliar with the place, the entrance is in conjunction with that of a hotel. I recommend it to try the Marche products.
