★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto intimo e curato, solo 7 tavoli, interni nuovi e bagno pulito e profumato.
Gestito solo dal proprietario nonché cuoco e dalla moglie che serviva ai tavoli.
Siamo stati accolti dalla moglie, molto gentile e sorridente, ci ha fatti accomodare e subito ci ha portato un cestino con del pane tostato e un olio extravergine prodotto in zona, veramente squisito.
Il proprietario prendeva le ordinazioni ed era molto disponibile a spiegare i piatti e consigliarci i giusti abbinamenti.
Il menù non eccessivo, presentava una scelta varia di piatti tipici.
Noi abbiamo deciso di provare l'antipasto della casa che, visto ad un altro tavolo ci è sembrato veramente invitante, ed abbiamo fatto molto bene! Poi abbiamo proseguito con 3 primi e 2 dolci.
L'antipasto era molto vario e ricco, composto da assaggi di prodotti locali, affettati, latticini, frittura.
I primi che abbiamo scelto, orecchiette con cime di rapa, risotto ai funghi cardoncelli e salsiccia e gnocchetti di patate gorgonzola e noci, sono stati tutti ottimi, solo il risotto era qualche punto in meno rispetto agli altri (perché non abbiamo ascoltato il consiglio di Ismet sull'abbinamento con la salsiccia).
Alla fine abbiamo terminato con un assaggio di tiramisù e di pastiera di ricotta, veramente buoni ed equilibrati; la pastiera ricordava molto quella napoletana.
Alla fine il conto è stato adeguato alla quantità ma soprattutto alla qualità del cibo, tanto quanto all'accoglienza ed alla gentilezza del personale.
 Very intimate and well-kept room, only 7 tables, new interiors and clean and fragrant bathroom.
Managed only by the owner and chef and his wife who served at the tables.
We were greeted by his wife, very kind and smiling, made us sit down and immediately brought us a basket with toast and extra virgin olive oil produced in the area, really delicious.
The owner took the orders and was very helpful in explaining the dishes and advising us on the right pairings.
The menu is not excessive, it presented a varied choice of typical dishes.
We decided to try the appetizer of the house which, seen at another table, seemed really inviting, and we did very well! Then we continued with 3 first courses and 2 sweets.
The appetizer was very varied and rich, consisting of tastings of local products, cold cuts, dairy products, frying.
The first ones we chose, orecchiette with turnip tops, cardoncelli mushroom and sausage risotto and gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnut potatoes, were all excellent, only the risotto was a few points less than the others (because we didn't listen to the advice of Ismet on the combination with the sausage).
In the end we finished with a taste of tiramisu and ricotta pastrini, really good and balanced; the pastiera was very reminiscent of the Neapolitan one.
In the end the bill was adequate for the quantity but above all for the quality of the food, as well as for the reception and kindness of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 stelle!! Posto bello puliti, cortesia delle donne che hanno fatto l'attenzione, poi il signore cuoco ottimo non soltanto a cucinare anche a presentare il suo menù, consigliare e spiegare i piatti.
Abbiamo preso antipasto della trattoria fatto a misura per i nostri gusti. Poi le orecchiette con cime di rapa, il pesce spada alla piastra con le cipolle di Acquaviva (mai provate cipolle così buone condite alle erbe da Dio). Due calici di vino generosi ah e pane caldo con il miglior olio di oliva di tutta Italia penisola, anche fatto da un piccolo prossimo del paese. Insomma esperienza Deluxe, grazie da tutto, da consigliare ovunque

We took an appetizer from the trattoria tailored to our tastes. Then the orecchiette with turnip tops, grilled swordfish with onions from Acquaviva (never try onions so good seasoned with God's herbs). Two generous glasses of wine ah and warm bread with the best olive oil in the whole of Italy peninsula, even made by a small neighbor of the country. In short, a Deluxe experience, thanks for everything, to be recommended everywhere
