A menù fisso è possibile gustare tanti e gustosi piatti a base di carne e non solo!
Il posto è semplice e accogliente!
I proprietari sanno come mettere a proprio agio i clienti, ci si sente come a casa!
La carne è buonissima e di ottima qualità!
Il vino della casa è fantastico! Così come gli amari fatti in casa del fine pasto.
Il tutto poi si conclude con dei gustosi tarallucci caserecci!
Vi consiglio le bombette e le fettine di carne di cianghiale!

The meat is very good and of excellent quality!
The house wine is fantastic! As well as the home-made bitters at the end of a meal.
All this then concludes with the tasty homemade tarallucci!
I recommend the bomblets and cianghiale slices of meat!

Qualità del vino superlativa e la carne è un estasi di sapori.
Le braciole di cinghiale e la carne alla contadina sono spettacolari.
I taralli dolci a fine cena si potevano pucciare anche nella grappa.
Consigliatissimo.

Superb wine quality and the meat is an ecstasy of flavors.
The wild boar chops and the peasant meat are spectacular.
The sweet taralli at the end of dinner could also be dipped in grappa.

La famiglia di Michele Pastore porta avanti con passione e dedizione la loro macelleria e bracceria di produzione propria, dopo decenni e decenni di esperienza e nuovee uniche specialita che portano sulle tavole dei propri clienti ad un prezzo molto conveniente; dai migliori salti in bocca, tagliata, alla salsiccia, carpaccio, salumi, e altre ottime specialita che si devono assaggiare per forza. Ve lo consiglio assolutamente come Acquavivese che vive all estero adesso purtroppo!

Michele Pastore's family carries on their own butchery and bracceria with passion and dedication, after decades and decades of experience and new and unique specialties that they bring to their customers' tables at a very affordable price; from the best jumps in the mouth, tagliata, to sausage, carpaccio, salami, and other excellent specialties that must necessarily be tasted. I absolutely recommend it as Acquavivese who lives abroad now unfortunately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza eccelsa! Locale rustico e senza fronzoli, casereccio, sito nelle prime periferie del paese...dove per altro non è neanche difficile trovare parcheggio. Ma passando alla ciccia...tutta superlativa! Non c'è cottura che non sia perfetta, dalle bombette, alle zampine, sino ad arrivare allo stracotto. Ottima la qualità di ogni taglio e preparato di carne. Vino della casa ideale, rosso amabile, un succo di frutta che "brilla", ma non pesa. Servizio sereno e accogliente. Belle e buone le bruschette da self-made di entrèe. La proposta è menù fisso dalle tante portate, tutte particolari e genuine. Da non sottovalutare gli hamburger scottati alla griglia...fenomenali...sugosi e abbrustoliti al punto giusto. Prezzo im-bat-ti-bi-le!
Sublime experience! Rustic and no-frills, homemade, located in the outskirts of the town ... where it is not even difficult to find parking. But moving on to the meat ... all superlative! There is no cooking that is not perfect, from bowler hats, to paws, up to stew. The quality of each cut and prepared meat is excellent. Ideal house wine, sweet red, a fruit juice that "shines", but does not weigh. Serene and welcoming service. The entrèe self-made bruschetta are beautiful and good. The proposal is a fixed menu with many courses, all special and genuine. Do not underestimate the seared burgers on the grill ... phenomenal ... juicy and toasted to the right point. Im-bat-ti-bi-le price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stay in Acquaviva delle Fonti I went to this grill restaurant! The welcome by Mr Michele Pastore was outstanding and the service was fast and with great attention. The starters and the meat was delicious! Such a pure taste from nature. The grilled meat was juicy and well seasoned with a variety of herbs that made the taste complete. Also the wines supported the dinner really well. It was nice also to see how fresh the meat itself was before processing. Next to the great experience, also the price was really competitive. I reccommend this restaurant to anyone who loves to explore the rich tastes of meat from Puglia. 5stars well deserved!
