★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bono! Siamo venuti due volte in mezzo alla settimana, col menù ridotto e "operaio". Mi riprometto di tornare ad assaggiare il menù completo. Oltre al avere un cibo buono, Ivano è di una simpatia unica, il che aggiunge all'esperienza!

Riconosco l'attenzione nella separazione del prodotto gluten free da quello normale. Entrambe le pizze non erano gran che, e ad occhio e a gusto la base di quella senza glutine era comprata. Gli darei un'altra possibilità in caso di emergenza, ma non bramiamo dalla voglia di tornarci
Nothing special, more out of necessity than anything else we took 2 pizzas here, one normal and one gluten-free. I recognize the attention in the separation of the gluten free product from the normal one. Both pizzas were not that great, and the gluten-free base was bought by eye and taste. I'd give it another chance in case of an emergency, but we're not craving to go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non bene organizzati tavoli in mezzo alla strada abbiamo mangiato della pizza ke è arrivata molto tardi l impasto a nostro parere non è piaciuto molto..premetto che abbiamo fatto molti chilometri per venire a cena e siamo rimasti delusi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La domenica a pranzo sono aperti solo su prenotazione,ma ho avuto la fortuna domenica scorsa di poter mangiare in questa trattoria nel centro di Palombara Sabina. Piatti genuini, di selvaggina, verdure fantastiche condite con un olio della Sabina superbo. Tutto buonissimo, il proprietario molto gentile e cordiale ci ha fatto assaggiare anche del maialino al forno tipicamente sardo, come lo è la sua famiglia, ci ha raccontato.Da provare assolutamente! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
On Sundays for lunch they are open by reservation only, but last Sunday I was lucky enough to be able to eat in this restaurant in the center of Palombara Sabina. Genuine dishes, of game, fantastic vegetables seasoned with a superb Sabina oil. All very good, the very kind and friendly owner also made us taste the typically Sardinian roasted suckling pig, as is his family, he told us. We will definitely be back !!!
