★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tanti complimenti oggi è giusto fare una critica.Cena di San Valentino con menù fisso imbarazzante. 40 euro a persona per un menu a base di patate e riso in bianco neanche nel peggior ospedale del mondo.Quando una persona chiama per prenotare bisogna essere chiari al telefono con il cliente e indicare la proposta.Il cliente ha diritto di sapere se può mangiare a la carta già prima di sedersi e liberi di accettare o meno .VOTO ZERO.La cosa che mi fa più male è che ero cliente da 20 anni.

Avevamo prenotato per il pranzo di Pasquetta, arriviamo alle 13 io e mio marito, e circa dopun ora di attesa ci viene servito l'antipasto.!! Con tutto che avevamo il menu fisso!!! Terminato l'antipasto, si fanno le 15 e noi cmq stanchi dell attesa per i primi chiediamo come mai non arrivavano, e ci risponde il cameriere che erano in arrivo. Non si è visto NULLA!! Fatto sta che dopo le 15 ci rechiamo a pagare senza aver pranzato!!!! Solo 1 antipasto! Non abbiamo neanche ricevuto delle scuse per il disservizio e la pessima organizzazione!!! Sia di cucina che di sala!!MAI PIÙ!!!
Easter Monday to forget !!
We had booked for Easter Monday lunch, my husband and I arrive at 13, and after about an hour of waiting we are served the appetizer. !! With all of that we had the set menu !!! After the appetizer, it is 3 pm and we, cmq, tired of waiting for the first courses, ask why they did not arrive, and the waiter replies that they were arriving. Nothing has been seen !! The fact is that after 15 we go to pay without having lunch !!!! Only 1 appetizer! We have not even received an apology for the disservice and the bad organization !!! Both in the kitchen and in the dining room !! NEVER AGAIN !!!
