La specialità della casa sono i funghi porcini,come primo con pasta fresca o lasagna, come secondo al forno con patate..a mio parere molto buoni. Poi naturalmente fanno anche carne alla brace, del posto, quindi di buona qualità. Noi eravamo in 3, abbiamo preso 2 primi, un secondo, due contorni, acqua e 3 dolci e abbiamo speso circa 60 €.. Nei giorni festivi conviene prenotare. Family-run trattoria .. The house specialty is porcini mushrooms, as a first course with fresh pasta or lasagna, as a second course baked with potatoes .. in my opinion very good. Then of course they also make grilled meat, local, therefore of good quality. We were 3, we took 2 first courses, a second course, two side dishes, water and 3 desserts and we spent about € 60 .. On public holidays it is advisable to book.
S	Simone Santini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella generale tristezza dell'offerta enogastronomica del paese di Fabrica di Roma, una delle poche alternative decenti al panino al distributore è rappresentata dalla trattoria Antonella. Il locale si presenta come una classica fraschetta di paese, atmosfera molto familiare, pentole di rame e attrezzature da maniscalco alle pareti. Il menù dipende da "quel che c'è"; io ho gustato strozzapreti (duri) ai funghi porcini (conservati...senza infamia e senza lode) e agnello a scottadito (arrivato freddo, peccato mortale considerando che eravamo 8 avventori in tutto il locale e la cucina è a metri 3 dalla sala). Buona la bruschetta di benvenuto, buono il vino della casa, un cabernet del Lazio. Troppo alto il prezzo, 30 euro a testa a pranzo, senza antipasto e senza dolce, per il tipo di locale anche no.

Però trattasi di trattoria si sperava di mangiare sia qualcosa di tipico e soprattutto con un prezzo giusto. Ci portano dei crostini come antipasto....che nessuno aveva ordinato...quindi si deduce fossero compresi .. poi prendiamo 2 paste al pomodoro x i bambini e 3 paste per adulti che ci siamo divisi. Poi tre grigliate e 4 dolci. Due bottiglie di acqua e 1 di vino. 160 euro!!!!! Stesse cose prese nei giorni successivi in altre trattorie anche più centrali.... Neanche 100 euro .. diffidate se non avete prezzi in vista! Seven of us went on a Friday night. 4 adults and 3 children. there was no menu and therefore no price. Accoglienza familiare, pasta tirata a mano, la gran parte dei prodotti sono della zona e una sapienza unica nella preparazione dei funghi. Se nn siete mai stati a mangiare da lei, questo è il momento ! Antonella offers you traditional dishes. G	Gualtiero Talocci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ieri a pranzo con amici e famigliari, eravamo in sette, il luogo è veramente suggestivo, la maggior parte delle pietanze sono a base di funghi, dagli ovuli ai porcini, passando per i galletti, a servire ci sono due ragazze, Alessandra e Francesca in cucina Antonella tutte professionalmente ineccepibili, le pareti sono istoriate da cimeli agricoli di una volta. Il desinare è eccellente, Antonella sa il fatto suo e lo sa bene, i DPCM sono rispettati scrupolosamente, si entra solo se in possesso del "green pass" e la pulizia regna sovrana. Non ho messo le cinque stelle perché il prezzo mi sembra un poco eccessivo, nonostante il cucinato sia ottimo ma una tantum si può fare.
