m	mario vincenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale abbastanza contenuto , se non si prenota è difficile trovare posto, il personale è molto cortese e preparato, i prezzi direi che sono medio alti il cibo è buono ma a mio avviso molto , troppo speziato , ho preso una ribollita ed a distanza di quasi 24 ore sento ancora il pepato. Nella media direi che per la mia opinione è sicuramente un discreto locale ma per la provincia di Ferrara e per le mie finanze è discretamente fuori budget e per il mio fegato è al di sopra delle sue reali capacità , comunque nel complesso con qualche adeguamento (prezzo e spezie ??) potrei tornare a provarlo. Crostini e spezzatino di chianina davvero ottimi così come le patate alla contadina. Anche il servizio è ineccepibile, giusta velocità e soprattutto cortesia e calore, ti fanno sentire quasi come a casa. Voto finale 4 abbondante, ho trovato i servizi non del tutto puliti per dare 5 (so che non dipende sempre e solo dal locale purtroppo...). Prezzi buoni. In ogni caso consigliato! Crostini and Chianina stew really good as well as the peasant potatoes. The service is also impeccable, the right speed and above all courtesy and warmth make you feel almost at home. Final grade 4 abundant, I found the services not completely clean to give 5 (I know that it does not always and only depend on the local unfortunately ...). Good prices. In any case recommended! M	MASCAR RACSAM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra impossibile ma in centro Ferrara si respira Toscano, grazie alla Trattoria Antica Maremma di Giampiero che assieme alla famiglia e al suo Staff ha creato un ambiente caldo, molto accogliente e tipico toscano. Ma il punto forte è chiaramente la cucina che accompagnata da ottimi vini riesce a entrarci nel cuore e quando usciamo dal locale, dopo poco, pensiamo già a quando tornarci. Il Menù è ricco e non manca nulla della terra Toscana, credetemi dovete provarlo. ?? It seems impossible but in the center of Ferrara you can breathe Toscano, thanks to Giampiero's Trattoria Antica Maremma who together with his family and his staff has created a warm, very welcoming and typical Tuscan environment. But the strong point is clearly the cuisine that, accompanied by excellent wines, manages to enter our hearts and when we leave the place, after a while, we already think about when to return.
