La gestione è attenta e molto molto cordiale, la cucina reinventa la tradizione innovandola con prodotti locali di prima qualità!!!!! I ravioli di farina di curcuma sono una scoperta!!!!!Assolutamente da provare!!!!!!!!!!!!
