★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant is really bad, but two stars for the surrounding. We had a reservation at 8. We ordered right away and it took them until 9.15 to bring the wine. After one hour we dared to ask, if they at least bring s.th. to drink. Afterwards they were very unfriendly. I had a steak, which I ordered medium and it was far from medium. The beef didn't taste very well. Balsamico and oil for the accompaning salad were brought after everything would have been cold. So in short: service is unaccebtable bad, food isn't worth it. Better go somewhere ekse.

Honestly, traditional kitchen but with several touch of innovations, but not to be fancy as a style exercise. Really proper research for something unique. Deserve a travel, and if you are near by and you wanna have a special meal, this is the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just loved it. This place offers a huge variety of high quality local cuisine, with influence from the near Slovenia and general mitteleuropean taste.
The large variety of dishes on the menu is all freshly made by the staff, who's made up of three sisters and their mom, all dressed in the traditional dress. I have been waited on mostly by Elena who I still have to thank for the immense kindness.
I'd totally come back and even stop by on the way if I got the chance during another trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food in a very decent price. The atmosphere is something you would expect of an italian restaurant: nice waitresses, customer treated with respect, everything is neat and clean with a very special kind of homey, cosy vibe.
And don't let me get started on the food - it's first class, both in serving and taste.
If you are a tourist like me, and want to taste the proper, local hospitality along an amazing cuisine - just go To The Moon :)
