★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tornando da Castelmonte affamati, abbiamo cercato una trattoria vicina. Mai avrei immaginato di mangiare così. A parte la gentilezza del personale, cucina decisamente mediocre, mi dispiace, giudizio totalmente negativo. In particolare: spezzatino di cinghiale, cotto bene,si, ma dava l'impressione di essere stato lessato e passato in una sorta di sughetto fatto a parte.
Coming back from Castelmonte hungry, we looked for a nearby restaurant. I never imagined eating like this. Apart from the kindness of the staff, very poor cuisine, I'm sorry, totally negative judgment. In particular: wild boar stew, cooked well, yes, but it gave the impression of having been boiled and passed in a sort of sauce made separately.

Quindi vi consiglio vivamente di andare a gustare queste prelibatezze e perché no pernottare nelle loro camere per poi visitare questi luoghi bellissimi.
Was soll ich sagen, es war eine wundervolle Überraschung, die Gerichte der Gegend zu probieren, die mit so viel Geschick zubereitet wurden. Freundlichkeit und Sympathie der Besitzer. Daher empfehle ich Ihnen dringend, diese Delikatessen zu probieren und warum nicht in ihren Zimmern zu übernachten und dann diese schönen Orte zu besuchen.

What can I say, it was a wonderful surprise to try the dishes of the area that have been prepared with so much skill. Kindness and sympathy of the owners. So I strongly recommend that you try these delicacies and why not stay in their rooms and then visit these beautiful places.

Al ristorante mangiato sia a pranzo e cena buonissimo tutto . Fatto colazione dolci buoni.
Da tenere più ordine fuori. Occhio alle ragnatele ragnatele .
Slept in simple clean room.
