È quanto ho provato degustando un sorso di un fantastico schioppettino, in grado di riportarmi indietro negli anni. Un vino generoso, tipico solo di questa zona, sopravvissuto per l'amore di poche persone, che hanno saputo recuperarlo impedendo che fosse ahimè relegato per sempre alla dimensione del ricordo. Un grazie quindi a quanti ci consentono, ancora oggi, di recuperare i ricordi attraverso i sapori. This afternoon I agreed with Proust. Memories smell. A simple flavor can in fact trigger a cascade of feelings. This is what I felt while tasting a sip of a fantastic schioppettino, able to take me back over the years. A generous wine, typical only of this area, survived for the love of a few people, who were able to recover it by preventing it from being relegated forever to the dimension of memory. Et c'était tout simplement extraordinaire. Mariée avec du fromage italien et des biscuits italiens: c'était parfait. La couleur "or", le nez, le palais. C'était tout aussi bien une découverte qu'une aventure. Dans ce cas-là, le prix n'est pas très important. Nos amis ont été très contents de l'invitation, , je peux vous le dire! Bravo!
