Family-run trattoria just the way I like it. Courteous staff, excellent first courses, excellent grilled meat, low and normal prices. We were very happy with it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato costine e salsicce molto buone ma il purè in busta non si può proporre. Lo posso capire servito in emergenza quando i contorni iniziano a scarseggiare e con la sala piena, ma con quasi nessuno a tavola e durante la settimana no.
We ate ribs and very good sausages but the puree in the bag cannot be proposed. I can understand it served in an emergency when the side dishes start to run out and with the room full, but with almost no one at the table and not during the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente una trattoria che si può veramente fregiarsi della categoria a cui appartiene. Menù e proposte con piatti quasi totalmente locali. Paste fatte in casa condite con sughi veramente eccellenti, primo fra tutti il ragù. E poi carni alla essenzialmente alla griglia cotti appunto nel Fogolare. Unico vezzo il bisonte. Carne non autoctona, ma visto che erano anni che non lo rimangiavo sono stato veramente felice di trovarlo. Una nota di merito anche ai dolci, dolci al punto giusto!
Finally a restaurant that can truly boast of the category to which it belongs. Menus and proposals with almost totally local dishes. Homemade pasta topped with truly excellent sauces, first of all the ragù. And then essentially grilled meats cooked precisely in the Fogolare. The only habit is the bison. Not native meat, but since I hadn't eaten it for years, I was really happy to find it. A note of merit also for desserts, desserts at the right point!
