Sono soddisfatta di come seguono il cliente, dedicano a tutti la massima attenzione, questo a volte allunga un po' l'attesa, ma ne vale la pena. Darei 5 stelle ma aspetto di avere qualche esperienza in piu ? I've been a couple of times, for a repair a couple of years ago, and now for a purchase. I am satisfied with how they follow the customer, they devote the utmost attention to everyone, this sometimes lengthens the wait a bit, but it's worth it. I would give it 5 stars but look forward to having some more experience

La signora al telefono molto scortese gli fai una domanda fuori dalle solite domande e ti risponde in modo beffardo dicendoti se sei loro cliente e ovvio ma anche se non lo fossi e maleducata cambiate la per il resto devo dire che I meccanici ti seguono e sono molto capaci The mechanics are very friendly and capable. Più di un mese fa ho contattato quest'azienda per un'assistenza al mio robot rasaerba, il numero mi era stato indicato dalla Robomow come centro assistenza ufficiale. Al telefono ho trovato una signora che mi ha trattato con sufficienza, quando poi ha saputo che il prodotto non era stato acquistato da loro mi ha addirittura snobbato. A fine telefonata mi ha detto, con un ghigno beffardo, che mi faceva contattare da un tecnico. A distanza di 40 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto la chiamata, ho però fatto in tempo a contattare un altro bravissimo Centro assistenza, a portargli il rasaerba e anche a ritirarlo perfettamente riparato. Ora io non so che preparazione commerciale abbia avuto questa persona ma, gli consiglierei di fare qualche corso di marketing per non far perdere altri guadagni all'azienda. In ogni caso, quando avrò bisogno di ricambi ( cosa frequente per un prodotto che lavora quasi tutto l'anno ) non mi rivolgerò a questi. Bravi! Complimenti! Vi ringrazio per il servizio ricevuto. More than a month ago I contacted this company for assistance with my robotic lawnmower, the number was given to me by Robomow as an official service center. On the phone I found a lady who treated me with disdain, when she later learned that the product had not been purchased from them she even snubbed me. At the end of the phone call he told me, with a mocking grin, that he had a technician contact me. After 40 days, I have not yet received the call, but I did have time to contact another excellent Service Center, to bring him the lawnmower and also to collect it perfectly repaired. Now I don't know what commercial training this person has had but, I would advise him to take some marketing courses so as not to lose other earnings to the company. In any case, when I need spare parts (which is common for a product that works almost all year round) I will not turn to them. Well done! Compliments! Thank you for the service received.
