The tasty food was served very hot and looked very nice. the portions seemed a little on the small side but I must acknowledge that I shouldn’t compare sizes to North American standards.service was professional and friendly. Would recommend. 4 stars because there was a bit of fine sand in the clams (seafood spaghetti).

Octopus was ok, mussels were good. Main course pasta in black sauce with squid was good. Deserts were delicious. Both tiramisu and profiteroles. Really tasty House wine Pino Grigio was decent. And it’s only priced 3,5 eur per glass. Service was quick Recommend this place for lunch or dinner

I definitely recommend you call or come early to get a reservation because this place is busy. The fritto misto was amazing, the best thing we ordered. The food was good, but I wouldn’t say it was anything special. We got a gnocchi, spaghetti with prawns, spaghetti vongole, and then the sea bass. Would not recommend the gnocchi or sea bass. The vongole was delicious though! We also tried the tiramisu which was good, but again nothing life changing. Definitely 4 stars and a solid bet if you’re hungry.

The food was very bland. I went there after reading good reviews, so unfortunately this was disappointing experience. The service is really nice though, the waitress was very lovely. Edit: I added the balsamic to give a bit of flavour but the tomatoes were not fresh. The pasta was flavourless. Based on the reviews it may not be common but it certainly is possible. It would be awesome to see restaurants take more ownership.

Both the appetiser and pasta dishes we ordered were beautifully done with amazing flavours coming through. I was most happy with my spicy prawn pasta as I can taste the extra virgin olive oil peaking through the spicy tomato sauce imbued with robust and sweet prawn flavour. Service was attentive and prompt and it was a most enjoyable experience. Highly recommend as prices are reasonable as well. Just wanted to add that I went back a 2nd time shortly after my first visit as I was craving for their pasta and I was blown away again! Don't miss this gem when you are in Venice!!
