Il giorno del trasloco si sono presentati con un camion troppo piccolo. Nonostante fossero diverse persone ci sono voluti due giorni. Hanno lasciato diverse ammaccature sia ai mobili sia ai muri/soffitti di casa. Addirittura hanno montato nel modo sbagliato il letto matrimoniale e abbiamo dovuto smontarlo e rimontarlo noi da soli. Ci hanno fatto una prima fattura dell'acconto e una volta saldato l'intero importo ci avrebbero fatto una seconda fattura per differenza, ma non ce l'hanno mai fatta. Abbiamo chiamato diverse volte il titolare ma non ha mai risposto né ha mai richiamato. Peccato perché la miglior pubblicità è il passaparola... The owner has always been very nice and helpful. La persona che ha risposto, suppongo fosse il titolare, in modo arrogante e molto molto maleducato si è permesso di dare giudizi sulla mia vita privata. Non ho parole per descrivere l'accaduto. Nel 2021 dover interfacciarsi con personaggi di questo genere, privi di ogni tipo di empatia e skills commerciali. Pessimi e maleducati!
