Circa 20 anni fa era il classico istituto dove si rifugiavano i ragazzi che nn avevano voglia di fare il liceo ma erano obbligati a frequentare qualcosa.
Ora, grazie proprio al lavoro di quei ragazzi e alla qualifica e attenzione del personale docente, Γ¨ un istituto che puΓ² vantare l'eccellenza nell'insegnamento della ristorazione.
La Direzione negli anni ha fatto un ottimo lavoro.

About 20 years ago it was the classic institute where boys who didn't want to go to high school took refuge but were obliged to attend something.
Now, thanks to the work of those young people and the qualification and attention of the teaching staff, it is an institution that can boast of excellence in teaching catering.
The management over the years has done an excellent job.
